Oaseeds. Good or bad???

Hi there! I've red some good and bad on oaseeds. It looks very weird to me. On the first hand their prices (lower than the breeders themselves) and the fact that they have strains that have been sold out for a while everywhere else. I'm a landrace collector and usually deal with seedsman. (Never had any issues with them)
Can someone share their experience with them? Good or bad? Looks too good to be true to my eye. Thanks!

Very disappointed. All products came fast and in good condition, but I never received the promo that went with them. Specifically, among other things, I also ordered two packs of Skunk #1 by Sensi Seeds, so I could be eligible for 6 Jack Herer regular. Supposedly I would get 3 for each pack of Skunk#1, which seemed like a great deal, given the quality and the price of the promo seeds. Silly me. First, they say "we didn't notice", a couple weeks later, they ask me if I want Sensi skunk instead of Jack Herer because of some problem with the distributor. So they ask if I want the cheapest seeds of Sensi instead of their most expensive. I say "no thanks" and insist on getting what I payed for. That's the last time I got some notice from them, and after two months of feeling ignored, I send a message on their chat. I get a reply from Omar, that they can't send me that promo "because Sensi seeds are out of it..." He offers to compensate me with other seeds "if I want", then goes offline, and ever since I get absolutely no reply on the chat even when it appears "online". Some problem with the chat perhaps? Hell no. They never cared to compensate me or have this resolved, I just kept "chasing" them while trying to stay polite in the process... Good prices, interesting freebies, but I don't think I will ever deal with them again. Hope this helps.

I would go with headshopbarnieseed

They have good prices. Lot of strains, but their customer service is terrible: most of the time payment doesn't get processed who knows why, and they answer back as if they didn't care to sell, it's like you have to figure out how to buy from them. Their bulk unbranded strains are not viable. And lastly, they sometimes mess with the orders. They were supposed to give me lots of freebies because not one out of 8 their bulk strain seeds germinated last time, and they sent no freebies. They also take more than a week on average to send your stuff.
Unfortunately, they are the ones who always have seeds on stock.

I guess they always have seeds in stock 'cause people don't want to buy from them. Thanks a lot. If it can help someone, I always go with seedsman and pevgrow now. Pevgrow is not a good choice for freebies but their own brand is very good, prices are ok and they have the best customer service In my experience.

I've never ordered from seedsman but I wanted to, it is just that the strain I'm looking for (Stitch's love potion) is not in stock anymore.

Never had trouble with seedsman, but I guess they're having a hard time wtih their seeds stock... a LOT of strains are out of stock right now... never happened before covid 19

thx for another bank i will steer clear of. making a list on my phone for such places so i don't have to trust my memory.

I’ve used them for several years now without any issues. The seeds are always real fresh , prices are awesome shipping is fast. Order away you will be glad you did.

I have just ordered from oaseeds again. They shipped after 8 days. Like I said, that's the only problem, whereas alchimiaweb ships in 2 days or so, but it is true: oaseeds has better prices and freebies. Not the best service though, once they forgot the freebies and I got pissed and the next time they sent a gelato seed gift and it arrived crushed and it kind of looked like they sent it like that. Oh well, will continue ordering from them though.

I used to use Attitude, Alibongo, singleseedcenter, Herbies and a few others before I found OASEEDS. I’ve been with them for 5-6 years now and have yet to be disappointed. Sometimes I get breeders packs and sometimes I don’t pay the extra for it but the seeds are always spot on the growers profile as described. The seeds are always fresh which has been a problem at other seed banks. Cheaper doesn’t always mean to good to be true sometimes it just means you found a reputable company thats not trying to squeeze you for every dime they can. They also took elite clones of high end strains feminized seeds or polinate with strains they have a male and female of then sell them for much less that the original breeder does. This is up to the customer if they wanna pay more for the breeder or less from OASEEDS stock. In my experience I cannot tell the difference from breeders version or OAS version of same strain at least 90% of the time and sometimes the better plant is the oaseed pheno. Hope this clarifies any doubt with this bank.

WHY YOU DONT TRY HERBIESEEDS??? i tried them over 10 times!!! always excellent service,shipping everything!!! you can chat with them as they are online-normal working hours...try and you won`t regret it!!!!

I am from Chicago and have used various seedbanks in the past, Attitude, Herbies, Seedsman, Cropkingseeds, Seeds Supreme. The last time I placed 2 orders from 2 of these companies, my order never arrived or got confiscated. I found Oaseeds and placed 3 different orders within 2-3 months of each other. They all arrived within 10-14 days which is impressive. The other companies listed took between 3-4 weeks. I ordered the seeds without breeders packs for stealth reasons and the packages were always delivered. Their stealth delivery is excellent, well hidden. I ordered 2 of their own bred strains, Purple kush and Black afghani. I am impressed at the germination and vigor of these strains. They're comparable or even better than a lot of breeders that I have used. I have been growing for over 30 years so I'm no newby. I mainly use USA breeders like Northatlantic seed company. But when I need a special strain that I can't find in the US, I will always order from Oaseeds. They also have the largest selection of breeders and for $2 a seed for their own bred strains how can you go wrong.

Yes, but I've had germination problems from seeds from Oaseeds. In fact, last batch was really bad. So far, 5 seeds out of 10 did not germinate. In contrast, Alchimiaweb is more expensive, have less freebies and promotion, don't have good stealth methods, take longer to arrive, but they have a 90% germination rate. Just keep an eye on that.

Which seeds? Every seed that I germinated from them were fine. Their own bred seeds and the different breeders seeds all germinated for me.

OK, so here's my take: Oaseeds is bad, and I'll tell you why: in one ocassion, many of the seeds I ordered didn't germinate and they told me they would send me a lot of freebies in my next order because of it. Then I ordered and they didn't send anything.

Then, on this ocassion, many Fast Buds seeds didn't germinate. Fast Buds has a guarantee, so I wrote to oaseeds and they told me "yes, Fast Buds seeds have a warranty and we will provide new seeds for the ones that didn't germinate. We just want to see pictures and the method you used". So I took my time, took the pictures, wrote every detail and guess what? 1 week, they didn't answer. So I wrote them again asking what's going on? and another week no answer. I'm pretty sure they do it on purpose, they just didn't want to deal with me, but as you can see, it is really unprofessional, it is as if they were behaving like street dealers, people you can't rely on.

So it is what it is: a cheap seed bank that you can't trust, and now I wonder, when I order discret shipping these seeds don't come in their original bags. So if they are unprofessional what's the guarantee that I'm actually receiving the strains that I ordered?

Safe to order from here now or they gonna scam me? Was gonna buy all their autos for under a couple bucks each (sale going on), and a few other things, if it’s safe.

says they are only accepting euros, not sure if that means I can’t use a debit card from North America or not. Wish me luck, if I’m able to make a purchase
