Well first thing I would suggest is you look closer.
Big bloom is TBL thats table spoon not teaspoon. takes 3 tsp to equal 1 tbl
Just mix it all together and thats your feed.

What you do is alternate feed with water.
Water, couple days go by Feed. couple days water again. depends on how fast the soil drys. Be sure to have holes in the bottom of the container.

There are soil moisture meters but really not needed.

once every week or two depending on the ph of your soil!!!!!!!!
I've been told to use 1/4 strength on new nutes until you know how your plants will react. FF grow big recommends on the back of their bottle a strong enough dose to shock all of my plants. The ppm meter was maxed out at over 2500 ppm!!

Then someone else told me about the 1/4 strength thing-a-ma-jiggy.bongsmilie

Oh, only one small plant. in soil.

Well for the first month or so you dont need any nutes. then use a teaspoon a gallon and you will be at fine.
Those nutrients are going to go a long way.

Yea, I hear the same things. To be honest with you, you could grow from start to finish with no added nutrients at all but whats in the soil. Nutrients are not what gets you high in the end. It doesn't make the plant any stronger. Its genetics.

Believe what you like. I would suggest you learn what flushing is and how to do it.
Another thing you may want to consider, the source of information. I have learned a lot of things here at rollitup but after researching, I bet I got two wrong answers for every right.

Really we are just a bunch of stoner's.

OK I will try again. I think I understand your question.

how do I know when I can use 1/4 1/2 and and so on and so fourth?

1/4 the first week or two of feeding. 1/2 after that. don't go full strength.

how much to water these measurements are to the gallon I'm sure I don't poor a whole gallon of water into the pot?

No you don't, you will have some extra when the plants are small so mix up a half gallon and toss the rest. Its not recommended but sometimes I will store the extra in the fridge but only for a couple days.

Plants under a 600w light in soil will probably need water every second to third day during the grow cycle. slightly more often during flower. It is best to alternate between water and nutrients.

Your plant will tell you if it is under watered. everything droops.
oh yea, you know all this. sorry.

This may help.

do ya get what I am trying to say?

Nope, like on the chart. Big Bloom is table spoon so three times a teaspoon.

OK,
Mix One teaspoon of Grow big, Three teaspoons of Big Bloom and One teaspoon of Tiger bloom... Per Gallon. Thats full strength.

If you measure that with a PPM meter it would be about 900 ppm.

Dude thats what my first post said LOL
