well, what ya'll think?
I know, the nute burn is pretty bad but she lived through it. I dont see many amber but they have a good cloudy mix. she is at 9 weeks from sexing. afraid to let it go much further looks like she sucked every last bit of nutes out of the fan leafs. Only the second grow so hope to get better as time goes on.

I was thinking closer to 2 more weeks....you have a ways to go for sure. There is still some fresh, white hairs going on. Be patient or be sorry!

There are white pistils because of foxtailing.

Depending on how the trichomes look, which by the overall shots look quite mature and near peak harvest I'd say a week or so.
With foxtailing you'll be getting new pistils and new trichomes continually so I wouldn't base peak harvest on the new growth.

Hmm, I get the general idea of the term "foxtailing" given the shape but I am only assuming based on search results you are referring to growth spurts that form a foxtail?
Thanks for the input guys!
She"ll live another week to see how it looks!

High temps are what have caused fox tailing for me in the past, this may not be the only cause though.

Well we certainly had that here! Temps got up to 90 during her life!
So is that a bad thing?
I can't find any real definition of the term. : (

Foxtailing involves elongation of the bud tips into loosely packed calaxes, appearing like a foxes tail. And I stand by my initial comment: you have loads of white hairs up and down the buds. If it was just at the top, I would have said a week. Since they are everywhere, closer to 2. And high temps, probably above 81 or 82 degrees w/o co2 supplementation is detrimental to bud and plant health, resin quality including taste and smell, and numerous other unhealthy conditions.

Ok thanks for clarifying, CO2 was used but not as it should have been, kind of a bummer if it affects the taste and quality tho.
I have to disagree with the loosely packed bud part cause the nugs are rock hard and that main cola is held up with a chain it's so heavy.

The white pistils are appearing on the foxtailing buds.
It's clear to see that the white pistils are only present on the foxtailing part of the calyx.
It's not "up and down the buds", the white pistils are only present on the foxtails.

The OPs plant is similar to that image, an image which shows how new growth (and white pistils) appear on the foxtailing part of the calyx.
OPs plant is foxtailing and while that does mean maturing is delayed it does not mean he should base the harvest on the condition of the pistils on the foxtails.

SSHZ sorry I misunderstood.
k0ijn, thanks for clearing that up. The main cola looks just like that but the rest seem to be regular buds. So she will live another week and see if there are any amber tric's that pop up, if not she'll go 1 more!

Sure glad I posted! learned alot from 1 question.
Thanks guys!
