Nitrogen deficiency?

Hi hi. I noticed that on one of my plants the bottom leaves started to yellow. It is in its 13th day after transplanting from rockwool, I am using FFOF soil, no nutrients have been fed yet. The temperatures are 80-85, humidity at 45. Water when the soil dries (i use my finger to check and lift pot method) usually every 3-4 days, water ph is 6.5-7. None of the other plants are showing the symptoms, now this particular plant was always a fast grower from day one even as a seedling it had its first real leaves first. Now, I have read many posts about potential problems with yellowing leaves and all seem to say that the problem is nitrogen deficiency.. but I'm not sure. If it was a ph problem wouldnt all show same symptoms? What do you think it is? Any help/info appreciated. Thanks.

well Im no expert .. but I did just go trugh the same as your about to ..

I learnd as a rull of tump (correct me if Im totaly off ?) that you fist begin to give nutriens (and start slow) after the 4th not ..
of course depending on soil mix aso.

I was late on mine do to I was worried to start to early (just start with 1/4 or so and see how they react)

what kind of nuts you use ? I had no micro nuts to start with (just grow/bloom) and I had problems with Ca/Mg/zink and maybe other problems in the start .. now I got micro and plants never look so nice ..

what kind of water do you use ? tap ? RO ?


also .. like me you got slightly high Temps but nothing to worry about .. just keep a eye on them and dont let it go in to its 90ish ..

humidity is good .. like mine (I have had it between 35 and 45% all grow) as fare as I understand you realy dont have to worry much as long as it dont go in to the extrem (under 30% and over 90% .. NOTE: flowering schould not go to high 30-40% is best)

also .. remember to have some bigger pots ready .. mine was allmost rootbound after a few weeks in 1 gallon pots .. I did transplant em in to 4 gallons ... now I have em in 7 might be overkill .. but Im kool as I only go them 2 plants under the 600W HPS ..


what kind of strain is it ? mine is voilator kush .. yours look like kush aswell ?

I dont see much yellowing. If youre talking about the 'Cotyledon' this is an excerpt from wikipedia -

Cotyledons are formed during embryogenesis, along with the root and shoot meristems, and are therefore present in the seed prior to germination. True leaves, however, are formed post-embryonically

Anyways , point is they drop off and are unimportant for the development of the plant.
