Long Story short my shipment got pinched or lost, I’ve ordered from Nirvana years back multiple times and never had any issues. I didn’t even ask for the replacement and I didn’t complain to them or anything. Just informed them of my situation. I know a lot of people are hard on them and they catch a lot of flack on here and other forums. I just wanted to post my experience.

I've never heard a bad word said about their customer service. I like them as a company, they price seeds as they should be priced. I'm not a fan of the exploitive seed pricing so common in America today.

I've used Nirvana in the past a few times and I did have one instance where I sent cash in the mail and it didn't make it.
One of the reasons I buy domestically now.

When you buy something and it doesnt show up, It is EXPECTED that the seller will make it right. If they didnt put insurance on the package, thats on them. Hemp is legal now. No excuses anymore.

I totally understand your thought process on that, however their website explicitly outlines their policy on this scenario and I never expected them to defer from that. Thanks
