Nicole Hindu Kush (First Ever Grow)

INFO:
Strain - (Nicole Hindu Kush - Sensi Seeds)
I didn't use the tissue method as I want to keep it simple.
LIGHT = 5850lm LED 60W (full spectrum)
FAN = 15.5cm x 14cm - 6'x5.5' USB
POT = 20cm w x 15cm h - 8'x6' (ROUGH)
SEED POT = small yoghurt pot
POWER = I also have a controllable extension lead to regulate timings and wattage.
GROW BOX = 90cm h x 38cm w x 35 cm d - 35'x15'x14' (ROUGH)

Day 1 (28/01)
I dropped the seed in a glass of water and left it in a dark area. the seed fell to the bottom after only 5hours. I placed the seed in soil that was in the small yoghurt pot and left it in the kitchen until it sprouted out of the soil.

Day 9 (05/02)
looking VERY carefully, I noticed a small leaf start to emerge from the soil

Day 10 (06/02)
It turns out that it was not a leaf but the leaf still inside the seed shell. The shell came off in 2 pieces (one is visible on the soil) and 2 temporary leaves came out of the shell. these leaves throughout the day gained in size and moved to their needed position.
I have moved the pot to the box now where it is under 20/4 light cycle.
I measured the box's temperature and it was 28°C (82.4°F) so I turned the fan up and now its at 26°C. This is the best temperature I can manage for now but will improve it later.

Day 11 (07/02)
A pair of real leaves have begun to grow and the plant is about 3cm tall (just over an inch)

plant has grown taller and is about 5cm (2 inches ish)

Day 13 (09/02)
The plant has decided to double in size and is 10cm.
I have also decided to try and grow carrots in the orange pot lol but I will remove it if it gets in the way when the weed plant is bigger.

P.S
I tried growing blue mystic before and named it KEANU WEEDS but killed it so I named this one TRINITY as the strain is 'Nicole' Hindu Kush so a female name just sits better, also.... the reference.

Day 14 (10/02)
Today I added a bit more soil to the small pot as the water had made it too compact over time. I raised the height of the LED, using cable ties, which helps ventilation and cooling of the box. I placed the plant on top of a Pringles can (shown in picture) to make up for the increased distance from the light.

Day 16 (12/02)
In the past few days Trinity has grown her 2 leaves in size by at least double and has started growth of 2 more leaves. She started getting slightly lighter green tips so I stopped with the nutrients, already seeing improvements.

Day 17 (13/02)
Trinity has, since yesterday:
Straightened out.
Grown out the 2 leaves
Started growth of about 4 more leaves

Day 19 (15/02)
In the past 2 days trinity has focused only on growing leaves (raising her must have worked) and has now got 10 leaves + 2 original.

Today specifically, I have repotted her to a 13 cm wide (5inch) pot.

The random yellow that started to appear on the end of one of the leaves has not gotten any bigger and I can not see any more so the problem probably was too many nutrients.

Day 20 (16/02)
Today I changed the pringle can to 2 box's and no new growth (deffo stunted from repotting)

Day 27 (23/02)
Since the last update there has been a lot of leaves, the plant has grown, the first 2 temp leaves fell off, the stem started shedding, and the whole plant is progressing.
In less than a week, the roots have already started to appear at the bottom of the pot but only just, might repot it again to the final pot soon.

Day 39 (07/03)

A lot has happened since my past post. I have:
repotted her
fixed a nutrient problem with water style
improved lighting

Around the time of my last post I noticed the plant showing signs of stress with yellow tips on the leaves, eventually dying. so I did some research and found that it wasn't getting enough nutes but I needed to figure out why. I then found out that the water in my area can be about 9.5 pH which is too high for nutrient absorbtion. To fix this I went and got some rainwater and mixed it with the tap water to equalise at about 6.5ph. trinity is improving.

Day 89 (26/04)
Flowering Day 39 (Week 5)

I smoked a lot of amnesia haze ages ago and forgot that this website existed until recently so E.

Anyways a lot has happened since my last post both good and bad.
I went through multiple nutrient and ph problems which was a pain in the ass and i am only just fixing it, it did a lot of damage to her and she lost a lot of lower leaves but it is starting to get better now.

About 2 weeks ago she outgrew her box because i accidentally left her in veg for too long so to fix this, i went and bought shit loads of wood and made a new box that's perfect in size (1mx40cmx40cm).

In summary, oh well, because shes got good enough looking buds for me.
