Definitely add Hades down before anything else… get your water to a ph of 7 at the highest but no need to go lower than a 6.. the nutes themselves will lower the ph some also allowing for more Olympus up. Keep in mind the limestone in the Olympus up acts as a buffer in the soil to help with ph fluctuation and in turn also helps with the uptake of the nutrients.
once you get you ec in range your going to want to start doing your flushes and tea days. Just be sure your ec is NOT below a 0.6-0.7 when doing a tea.

I’ll need to look into teas a bit. Would One Shot and EWC suffice? Thanks a ton for the info and help! I’m hoping I can still get them back even though started transitioning to 12/12 already. Just need to wrap my head around everything still. Interesting regarding the lime in Olympus Up, I had no idea.

as Robbie Hart would say… “that information would’ve been useful YESTERDAY!”

One shot can be top dressed to help boost your ec.. typically about 1 tbs per 5 gallon pot. One shot has EWC in it so really no need for additional EWC.

look into the EZ teas from Cultured biologix… they are on nectars site as well. Easy to use.. no brewing needed. Would just need to ph water to a 7 with the Hades then add the teas, mix, recheck your ph (shouldn’t need any Olympus up as it should stay around 6.6-6.7 once teas added) and then water in.

Alright I’ll check them out. You are a saver of life! Haha. Thanks again! I’ll report back with the progress. Going to look at those teas right now.

I use cultured biologix ez tea. It's easy and works great for tea days. Gotta have tea days with this line to break down all the organic nutrients in the soil. You can also use microbe life photo plus and slf 100. I've always followed the feed feed tea feed feed herc flush routine.one shots great too. Like bubba said gotta be at 6.3 to 6.8 pH in the soil and in your feeds for the plant to uptake nutrients well and would definitely use more, it's hard to burn your plant with these nutes.

what’s great that is the plant will never fully break down all the nectar , so you amend it and use less next round … so when you amend your soil with one shot and start with a clone or a seedling you don’t have to feed for awhile cause all the nutrients built up in the soil .. that’s where you can just do herc and teas only…. But that’s for an advance class….lol…..

this is a classic example how ph and ppm works together… high ph will equal low ppms …low ph equals high ppms…..

if the ph was low and throw it into flower I would of said , don’t do it cause sometimes the ph will drop in flower and sense your at 7.0 is not to bad…. Now if it goes 7.2 or higher she will lock out on you … but it’s easier to control higher ph then to try to get low ph to go higher ….

when finishing your goal is to get the slurry at 300 ppms or lower ….or 0.6 ec

My AC infinity 4x8 tent will be here tomorrow now I gotta work on getting the climate control faceplate that mounts on the front and whole exhaust system and duct fans to go with it. I'm gonna start germinating my seeds and fill this bitch up. I wanna fill the whole thing with a few monster plants after weeding out the males. Still trying to figure out what I'm doing with it. I guess I'll figure out what style of grow I'm doing once I have my keepers.

I got through halfway mixing nutes in my dechlorinated tap water, only to realize I had 2 gallons in the bucket not 1. Dumped it and had to use bottled spring water…hope it doesn’t have a negative impact due to the drastic change of water.

Lesson learned to pay more attention BEFORE I start adding my nutes lol.

Ordered some EZ Tea Bloom too. Really hoping they bounce back since the stretch is coming.

Been reading this morning about methods of sex and cannabis plants and it seems like a really easy way for me would be to take clones and plunge the clones into darkness. Anyone try this? I'll be cutting some branches off anyways might as well try to use them to sex my plants. I've heard you can simply just take a clone and put it in a glass of water and put it in the dark and it will show sex pretty quick.

I'm getting right back to it. Just got the whole AC Infinity 4'x8' grow tent setup.
8" inline fan, carbon filter, duct fans, everything AC Infinity down to the pots, for lights my 2 spider farmer SE 3000's are going in. I also have the climate controller that hooks up to my phone to plug everything into. I also have a 3X3 on the other side of the room with a
Mars hydro FC e3000 in it. So I'll be doing some type of perpetual grow whether I'm going to keep a mother plant in the small tent or just plants in veg in general. I'm excited, got a bunch of new toys to play with. Getting it set up and getting some seeds planted ASAP!!!

So when I started nectar and figured out the system,I started using the Cultured Biologix teas after watching several hundred hours of "Hey There Bob and The Beard Show" and finding out that was their preferred tea. I don't really have the time, space, or desire to brew my own teas.

I noticed shortly after getting my second set of CB teas, that both Nectar and C.B. had removed a lot of their cross promotional stuff from their websites. The Nectar + CB feeding chart etc. Now that I see that C.B. has their own nute line, that makes sense what Nectar is coming out with their own Bio line.

Right before starting my current flowers, my hydro shop guy tossed me two small packs of solid amendments one labeled Apollo and one labelled Pluto, the new Nectar bio-teas. I've been running them in conjunction with my usual setup, doing FFT-FFF I end up with a lot more tea waterings than are needed for their teas. So I'm stilling running out the last of my CB teas and doing my Myco-Azos tea. Every watering gets SLF&Photo+.

Now it makes sense why they quit playing nice with each other, they went from collaborators to competitors.

HLG 330 R-spec
Nectar: Greek + feeding.
5 gallon: Rain Science Pots

So far I'm liking the results, Week7

Left plant is BitterSweet and right plant is Ice Cream Cake.

Yeah I was definitely going to do a grow journal should I just do it on this thread? Or start a new one? Anyways I just set it up and realized I can fit all three of my bar style LEDs in here. So I'm putting in my two se3000s and my fc e3000 in the middle. I'm trying to mount a large oscillating fan in one of the corners I also have to leave room on the ceiling for my AC Infinity 8 inch inline fan and carbon filter I can't put it outside the tent because the tent goes all the way up to the ceiling. This winter I'm filling it all the way up. Their regular seeds and I'm thinking of keeping three or four plants so I'm going to have to plant extra maybe six or seven. What are you guys think?

Yep I guess cultured and nectar don't get along anymore Lol. I believe it was because cultured biologix sourced their microbes from somebody else. I'm still going to use nectar with the ez teas and microbe life. I haven't got to try the nectar microbes yet but I was thinking about running cultured biologics eon here one day bubba73's been getting amazing results with it.

how many depends how big your gonna go or how long in veg ? Don’t do it here , do a grow journal in the grow journal thread .. I’m doing 7 in veg but 2 in flower tent cause of the room …. If you want you can do 3 in veg and wait a week or 2 and pop others so you can keep ‘em staggered ..

What do you mean exactly by keeping them staggered? Do you mean have my big tent as a flower tent and use the little one as a veg tent or do them all in the 4x8?

its because cultured started there own line …which blows my mind cause they will support other lines … even Scott stop responding to my emails cause I switch… oh well , kinda petty .. not thrilled that nectar has there own microbe line , again oh well .. last I check this is a free country and we can pick and choice what we want in nutrients..
