Day 39 of Flower:
So this is the plan for the rest of this grow based on a couple things.

• I want to start flush when about 40% of my hairs have turns orange/brown.

• I want to have 2 weeks of flush

• There has been steady growth the past two weeks, keping that in mind for future weeks, ie bigger buds

Right now, the hairs are steadily turning orange/brown, I'd say a good 20%-25%, especially on the buds in the middle... the tops ones are still white, and the ones at the bottom are infants

I dont think I'll res change again with nutes tomorrow like planned, but just keep my res going a bit longer with the nutes in it, maybe ad a bit more Flora Bloom, and keep my res about another 5 days or so.

Next Wed or so I'll flush, and just have pure water in the res for the rest of the grow, and hopefully harvest the end of week 1 of Feb or beginning of week two.

Thats the plan.

Leggo ive talked to a couple people on flushing and im changing mine to only a 3 day str8 water flush...Id let them go until they are ready bro and then put them on flush... This here is my new strategy sir.

Man I dunno, I had my friend grow that flush for 7 days and I could still taste the chemicals... :-/

onthedl why do u say that bro? do u use any type of cleaner or final phase that keep neccesary vitamins goin while still flushing out salts?

I grow with organic nutes bro... Botanicaire pro series..I think they are farely cheap and i get good results..
Im cutting my nutes back to 800 ppm for my last 2 weeks of flower as not to cheat the colas...It makes sence considering plants put on most of there wieght in the last 3 weeks of flower..
I dont use salts although ive been looking into there usages..
Not much taste from the organic nutes either way..
Just an experiment ill let u know how it works out.

i use advanced nutrients final phase, i try to start ususually when my biggest colas start going amber, i use gen hydro dwc, as soon as all the triches start to really turn thats when i begin flush, i also knock down nutrients as soon as trich start getting milky or cloudy as most say, then flush with final phase by AN for anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks then i flush with pure ph balanced water for last 2 then i flush with pure 7.0 ph distilled, people say not to do it but i dont want ANY salts in my product, and if u look at the main ingrediant in ph down, its sodium bisulfate....sodium....ew i dont smoke sodium, thats just my 2 cents

ive always thought about using organics also, dont know why i havent, usually a real good clean flush does the trick but i bet organic is just as good if not better

leggo your buds will def become fat dude, all the growth u have now in the last 5 or so weeks, the buds will fatten up twice as big as they are in the last 3 u got nothing to worry about, dont plan to much, plan on keeping them healthy haha, 68 or lower res temp, 5.8 res ph, dont go crazy with ppm (not above 1300) only cus its ur first time u can get crazy later haha and remember dont start flushing until the trichs start to turn a bit if ur not using a cleaner product that gives the necessary vitamins, because if not the plant WILL finish but it will take longer than if it didnt have those vital enzymes
