oh one more thing - prune off that brown foliage. that is where fungus will start. do a good trim job and you'll have less to dry.

Well end of grow journal #1.

As far as a first time, it went okay, I learned alot that I can now carry over to a more professional setup.

I believe between the 6 plants we got 2 oz dry, cept my half got moldy due to living circumstances.

It was a good run while it lasted, and im not too dissapointed with the CFL performance, next time around I will be using a 600w HPS in a vertical cooltube cabinet. Once I start the grow will set a link to the new journal in this thread.

sounds good! the mold, i'm sure, was disappointing but hey! you got 2 oz of your own bud your first time out and not everyone can say that. you should be proud... great job! :joint:

it was my pleasure!
won't be long before people are thanking you for helping with their grows :joint:

one more to help me overgrow the world!

but if you want to do something for me - here it is... never throw out viable seeds. plant them everywhere/anywhere they might grow to maturity. i don't mean to tend them and plan on harvesting them - i mean to have it growing naturally everywhere like the weed it is!

80% or more of wet weight is water. 11 to 2 ounces is not bad at all, especially considering trim.

good luck on your next grow, purfect. make it happen.
