Newbie wanting to learn about growing and opening a collective

hey guys... I am a newish smoker and want to share my passion and start up a collective... i have been doing some research but still have a lot to learn... i would like any advice or info or experiences that anyone might want to share about opening a collective and possibly a dispensary in the future... thanks

I believe smoking weed opens up a part of the mind that can truly be beneficial to this world. Sharing experiences/stories, gaining relationships and giving back and leaving something behind are some of my goals in life... I truly believe that the mind, body and soul can be heeled through the use of marijuana...

I have been doing a lot of research and it seems like i will be starting out with a cooperative collective... now more research on how to obtain all the correct licenses and learn to follow all codes and laws...
