I read here somewhere using maxibloom they were saying 7 grams per gallon,holy shit. I use maxi and 1 gram/gallon gives me 700 ppm. Either my scale is afu or they are.

you use it with RO or distilled? full strength lucas should be around 2.0EC

Ec,not sure I run 50/50 ro/tap. My water is at 340 ppm.I used to run strait at my old place ppm was around 200.I tried running strait r.o. but had a real bad cal def. The 50/50 mix got it under control.

looked up in chart 1400 ppm is way overkill.Max I run is 900 ppm after adjusting for 170 ppm from water.

your 50/50 mix is 340ppm? that's some hard water. you use a truncheon meter i assume based on your EC conversion?

it's nice using lucas and RO that it will pH itself to right around 5.8

What should I use on my next run? I just got a small bottle of golden tree!
I wanna do a test, see what all the fuss is all about! Lol,to expensive.

not familiar with golden tree. almost any nutes will work. some have a better NPK profile for MJ. it's really personal preference. i like cheap and simple and no additives. others buy the whole AN line and like that.

Sorry for being so blunt. I am just old school. I did hydro when nobody even heard of it. Yea back in 84,was not even thought of here on the left coast. The fact are,basic nutes,a modrate bloom booster. that's it.Dial in your growroom and it's all you can do. There is no genie in a bottle except pgr's Do thne basics soil/water. proper ph proper ppm clean growroom,easy. you can't make nature work faster,patients.

I just started using dry nutes and dig it so far. Very cheap. Got enough nutrients to mix over 5500gal for under $125 shipped.

Cannot get much cheaper than that.

Why bother with RO? Your just wasting water. Use a KDF filter/dechlorination system (lol, smallboy for example...) and you won't have the waste water and will maintain your cal-mag without chlorine and chloramine.

simple answer 340 ppm from the tap.would prefer tap,but,just a bit high for my taste.

Rite now I have a white widow (auto) I got it as a freebie, no sense in it going to waist. She is almost done, maybe2 more weeks, I'm watching her closely, I'm still not comfortable with the autos. Just strange. And my Jack herer, she is doing beautifully. Dwc 2 400's cfl on flower bulbs now. She stopped growing for a few days. Then I switched bulbs and it's been at least an inch daily.. :weed:

Sorry guys... I don't know or trust this sight well enough to post pretty pics of my ladies.. Lol they would love to model for you guys.. Lol.. But it's still not legal here in country hick florida.. Still in seattle I would have pages of pics.. Sorry guys... Maybe soon... Idk
