Newbie DWC clones are wilting help me

ok guys im new to all this so be gentle. i got some female clones that are rooted in rockwool and put them straight into a 21 litre dwc system. im using canna aqua nutrients. i followed the canna chart directions and put the exact amounts of canna vega a and b and some rhizotonic that the website recommends. its a 250w cfl for veg. i put the clones in the net pots. the roots were long enough to reach into the water but after an hour or so the 4 clones have all wilted. is the nute solution too strong

My understanding of DWC is limited, however I run an eZclone that is basicly hydro... Correcting in hydro is faster than the way I grow which is soil. I'd go ahead and change solution to half the amount you're currently using and see it they pop up.

Get the CFL's to within an inch away (not under) leaves if possible.

Your roots don't look healthy, they should be white not green. Even the rockwool in the last pic looks like it has algae growing on it. Make sure you have no light leaking threw your net pots, water temp around 68 warmer water holds less dissolved 02 inviting root rot, theres a lot of options for keeping your rez clean. Some brew teas like heisenberg tea, products like hygrozyme or hydroguard. Some go with a sterile rez using h202, bleach, or pool shock. I'm sure there more options you'll have to figure which works best for you.

there was light getting in. ive put black covers round the plants. the plants have recovered since yesterday but some of the ends of the leaves are shrivilling up. maybe shock ? or ph issues. Im just gonna leave them for a few days and see what happens

Greetings, I ran Dwc before.
Add hydroguard and more air, stop the light leaks in the root zone. Wrap the bucket with one of those car windshield silver things like a buck at tree dollar.

More hydroton too that's where your light is entering at.

Algae needs light..
