the first go all failed due to tap water.
2nd time have been buying distilled but is to costly ,r.o system not an option so i let water stand for 24hrs . first started in peat pots then the 2gal tub then the 7gal tub and have some left over using 8 4ft cfl ,the plants are 3 weeks old runnin 24/24 lights and are all bag seed,(a few different bags).the nuts are gh grow,bloom and micro , i am using 1-1-1 method right now
i have never grown green before and just hopen to get some females to get clones from for a future harvest and get some smoke when the others come in, maybe a mom. not sure what to do but let em grow , hydro gear is not readily available so i just am going with what i got
any suggestions comments or help will be appreciated

Unless you're living in an officially polluted environment, I cannot see your "tap water killed my plant" as being correct. It just doesn't happen that way. If verified as true, this would be the first time in my 40+ years.
Sure, folks have poisoned and killed their plant(s) w/tap water mixed w/other things, but not simply from U.S. tap water.

i forgot to mention i was using miracle grow starter sulution and probly to much..

I've never had any issues with water collected 24 hours prior to use. If in jugs, I leave the tops off/loose so any contained gases can escape.

this is a fun hobby for me i just hope it performs at the end ...
all the info i have recieved has been off this site and others like it
this isnt my choice of a setup just ran with what i had.
no room . i have bought a 400 mh and a 250hps and still looking for 400hps
i get em cheap about 50 bucks..i say cheap its better than buying the pro style..
any way with no way to rid off the heat and no space just went with cfl's the first time. u cant see it but all my clothes is above the light lol.
i'll be adding another blue tubb and throw away the ones that is left over just picking the ones i think is best..(uneducated guess). no ph meter,no ec meter either also no sighn of geting one soon

here is a shot after i added another tubb and the cloner i made thanks to the diy threads i have 18 plants going and hoppen to get 6 or better fems if all make it to sexing .does any 1 see a problem with growing 6 fems in 7 gal of water.?lookin for short plants big buds lol .

week 4 from seed changed to 400 mh upped nuts to veg cycle...still with 18/6 light cycle..topped a few fimed a few left a few alone i can tell by leaves and growth paterns i have at least two or three diffrent types or maybe there the same and just look diff i dont know but since i added the light they are really growing....

sorry guys i just realized im in cfl grow..i planed on using only cfl's but changed my mind and went to the bigger yeild or whatever ..i dont guess i can move or delet threads can i or should i just start a new one? thats probly why nobody is hitting this thread.............ive had over 100 views less than 5 posts..
