Water soil as needed. I would start in a smaller container to control it from over/under-watering it. Make sure the containers you use drain well. As a seedling, I watering about once a week, till the soil was well saturated, transplanted and was still watering roughly once a week but with more water. It wasn't till I transplanted them into the 20 liter buckets that I waters every three days or so; but now I'm watering them 4L's each, every other day.

You just need to keep an eye on the dryness of the soil.

And as for feeding, for the most part I follow FoxFarm's feeding chart, using a selection of their nutes.

Those pics made me smile a mile. Those buds sure have taken off big time! Filling out nicely with some big long pistols. Wow. I really like the screen you built and really like the wires opening the plant up very well. Mine being so bushy ive been debating on tying them away from each other. Looks like your becoming a professional!!! :-) What are you doing about smell?

Thank you kindly!
As for the smells... well not much masking the odors with constant cooking of bacon and brewing of coffee! ;P
But really I'm using Ona, and also found (may sound weird) that putting a dryer sheet in front of the exhaust port once a week helps drastically dissipate the odors; but now that their both budding up and the AK is getting sticky, the odor is intensifying. I had plans to use a carbon filter but I was having big problems keeping the temps down with the filter on.
My next grow will be Nirvana's Blue Mystic, and that is said to be very neutral smelling during growth and flowering, so that's a plus. As for now, I'll just be keeping an eye out for overwhelming odors.

And thank you again for the kind works.

Hi, if you have autos start in a pot that you will finish in. They get stunned easily when transplanted. If you start in a small container, don't wait too see roots. I got a plant that looks like a bonsay now (5cm after ~30 days) becouse of that :(

I Didn't give them the time to get root bound. Bubble is (if wasn't tired down) 62cm's tall and AK ~75cm's (again, if wasn't tired down) tall.
Well feed and watered, great air circulation, and feed them co2; just got to watch them. :)

Well they don't get schoked from the rootbound. They get it from the difference of temp of the 2 soils and other reasons. Alot of ppl are saying that an auto should never be transplanted.

Mine are at day 41 (from sprout) today, budding, but not that big! Good looking plants.

So maybe that 24/0 does work! ;P
No but i'm also scroging them some what so the bud sites aren't really packing together, their stretching toward the light making mini cola that look cool to me! :)

The 24hr lights work great. I faulted and overfed. Then she had to be flushed and trimmed. Seems she has stunted right now. Letting her recover. I was just planning on this one last feeding and then just water these next two weeks. But I got greedy and I think I lost aweeks production from a her..she hasnt grown for 3 days now. Very frustrated at myself. I knew better. Definatly something to remember about these autos. the autos only have a certain amount of time on their clock. you really don't have any extra time to let them recover because they switch from veg to flower so fast that once you're in Flower you can Not afford to lose a week whatsoever. definitely a learning curve for me and hopefully I can get hers back on track and she starts swelling back up if not I'm going to be in trouble with this girl...

Small update!
Girls are doing great, although the bubble had drying leafs on the lower end of her; only a few tips of a few of the leafs out of the many, many on her.
But other than that, I can't seem to find any imperfections; the bubble is starting to show off some trichromes.
Just feed her today, lowered the GrowBig from 15mL/gal. to 10mL/gal., which I will begin to exclude the GB every other feeding and start to slowly start to augment the flowering nutes.

Thank you. Feel free to post a pic or two if you'd like, or list a link.

Ya the top of the main cola of the ak49 is showing some bits of eagle claw, I mean from other grows ive seen, its common some curl a bit; im thinking it is due to the temps being a constant 29*C.

But other than that, they show no flaws and smell great!! :)

Update, but not the happiest of updates.

Ok, I have stumbled upon a few leaves that are showing rust and black spot fungus and i'm getting extremely worried about my overall crop!
I've spent a little time searching this site for information pertaining to this particular issue and have failed to come in contact with any.

If some one could, may you please inform me on the most natural, most successful process of controlling this. Thank you in advance.
I did read using peroxide works, but i was wondering how much h2o2 /gal to use for foliage spray; and is this one of the most effective ways?
Also, will this effect the trichromes, and flavor of the smoke when fully cured?

Picture of one of the infected leaves: (can supply more if needed, the bubble leaves have a different look than the ak's but i cut all them and flushed them.)

Yeah a little trimming wont hurt. At least get the worst of them off so the fungus doesnt spread to your budz. I would dry a dilluted peroxide mist. Try a couple leaves first. See how they do. I wouldnt do the whole thing at once jic.

I am sad to hear this about your girls. From what I have read, try to reduce the humidity and put a fan that will blow on top of the soil and the lower part of the plant.

I do have had a box fan blowing on them... happened after the box fan though. And humidity is currently at a steady 35% for the last 3-ish weeks.

Looking good. My ak is not progressing as well. My buds are not as dense and my leaves have bad edge browning. I know im very much rootbound, even though im in big pots. And it seems that even though shes been battling back, I havnt seen the growth that I was. Live and learn. 1361318966393.jpg
