I a a marathon runner, weight lifter and ride my bike 15 miles a day in the spring and summer. You're right it has been helping overall in life. I just mean anxiety when I take the THC. I don't eat sugar, smoke or drink. Maybe I am too boring lol.

Thank you for your reply :)
Just my personal experience, but I've found THC to be pretty hit-and-miss when it comes to anxiety -sometimes it can be helpful, but sometimes it can make it much worse. I think like with most psychoactives, dosage, mindset, and setting have a big influence on the experience.

For me at least, I've found that combining CBD with THC, either smoking or in edibles, gives a much more positive and less anxious experience than THC alone. Not that I would use it to actually treat anxiety, I'm just trying to catch a buzz, but adding CBD to the mix consistently lessens the anxiety and paranoia that can come with being high. For me at least. That's why I suggested taking one of each at the same time, or half of each, or finding edibles with a 1:1 or 2:1 CBD: THC ratio.

I really like the WYLD brand gummies specifically the pomegranate they are a hybred with equal parts CBD and come in regular dose of 100:100 or high dose which in my state needs a med card at 200:200. The strawberry is a 20:1 CBD to thc if the others are too much for you.

I used to be a heavy cannabis smoker and vaper. Now I only use edibles by making cannabutter. I have to be very careful not to take too much or I get massive anxiety. At a low dose of under 10mg of thc I get euphoric buzz that is enough for me. However I still get some anxiety from it occasionally

I like the Wyld gummies as well. Important to note in this convo is THC and anxiety. Stay away from Sativa, stick with Indica or hybrids
