Phox in the weedz

Hey guys my first post, and my first indoor grow. I'm 5 weeks into veg and I'm just starting to find one of my plants is turning really yellow on the tops, I've done alot of reading and I cant figure out if its light burn, potassium deficiency or maybe you guys can give me some advice!
All 6 of my plants are in fox farms ocean forest soil, in 10 gallon pots under 1 600watt my bulb. I ph the water to 5.5 to 6.0 and use grow big by fox farm once a week, following its directions as well as calmax. Tempurature ranges from 73 to 84, and humidity is around 35 to 45. The first picture is the only plant that has it all my other ones look healthy like the 2nd picture.
