New Grow Room Build Please Help!

Hello we are going to be setting up a new medical grow and i'm seeing if we could get some advice and maybe some answers to a few questions. We will be building out a room inside of our garage for a dedicated grow room.We will be trying a sealed grow this go around and will be trying to make it as autonomous as possible.

The room:
10x10
4x8 Flowering area w/ 2x Kind K2 XL1000 LEDs
4x2 and 2x2 Tent for veg with t5 lights (probably going to buy a 4x4 these are just the two tents we already have)
Ac Infinity T8 with 8 inch carbon filter to scrub the air
Active air Co2 System for Small Areas with 20# tank

Im looking at the pioneer diamante 1 ton Mini Split as it runs down to -15 degrees f and i live in Colorado so it need to be able to operate in low ambient temperatures
And im also looking at the Frigidaire Energy Star 50 Pint Dehumidifier

Question 1:
Will these two units suffice and are they solid units? any suggestions if not?

For the flower area we are looking to do 2x2 individual scrog nets in autopots 6 Spring pot System with the 5 gallon bag folded down to 3 gallons.
We are probably going to use a 50/50-70/30 Coco Pearlite mix with a 1-2 inch layer of hydroton on the bottom of pot.

Question 2:
Is there any way to obtain a perpetual setup without having 2 autopot setups?

Questions 3:
Has anybody used this coco? i went between this and coco loco and am leaning away from the coco lco as it appears to be more like soil as opposed to coco.

Thanks for any and all advice

1. They are. Make sure you have a plan for a humidifier as well. For this space and where you live, look into a diy fogger system from House of Hydro.
2. Yes Living no till soil. I spend 200/year to care for 2 4x4 soil beds in 5x5 tents with 600 ChilLed Growcraft lights. I get 4 harvest per bed per year. I average 1.5-2 lbs per bed depending on strain and veg time. Cost to set up bed was $350. Can be cheaper if you have a quality source of aged wood to put in the bottom half of the bed. This soil has had 23 runs through it over 7 years. Water is automated. I have links in my signature for each of the beds I do for more details.

3. Coco breaks down quickly and isnt able to be reused very easily. However growth rates are outstanding.

I just looked into your light. You have chosen a VERY dated technology for your grow room. Actually theyre not even listed on there website anymore. They only do a 4x4 and have poor light penetration. They are also purple. ChilLed Growcraft are american made, full warrenty, Upgradable, repairable, and powerful. If you are doing a sealed room with co2 then get some powerful lights. Look at the x6 600 watt they have on sale right now. With those and a hang height of 12 inches over canopy and you would have a reason to seal that room and run c02. With those Kind lights, your going to be pissed. https://chilledgrowlights.com/our-products-services/diy-led-grow-light-kits/4ft-x-4ft-coverage/growcraft-x6-600-watt-diy-led-grow-light-kit

I really like it, it looks awesome! How is your water system automated? Drip fed?
Exactly

Generally speaking Would you go with fewer bigger fixtures or more smaller fixtures?
There is only 2 numbers that matter with led. PPFD and μmole/J You want 1000+ ppfd with c02 enrichment. 800-900 with atmosphere. And as high of a the μmole/J as you can afford. Anything north of 2.8 is AMAZING efficacy.
ChilLed x6 600
Light Engine Efficacy – 3.26 μmole/J – 2.93 μmole/J
Full System Efficacy – 3.13 μmole/J – 2.81 μmole/J

I am going to look in to them I really appreciate it! I got these lights for 300 from a guy I know so figured they were decent enough to get me going. I will look in to these right now
If you decide to go with ChilLed go through this link. It should give you another 5% off.

Not wrong. They'll get you going for sure. But c02 wont provide you any benfit. Save the money and just vent the area.
That brings me to the first issue I ran in to planning this grow. The insulated room will be in an uninsulated garage and I’m in Colorado so I feel like I’m gonna have a very hard time controlling temperatures by venting

Oh... well that changes things. Controlling the temp of your grow room is very important. Your running split ac/heater so that should be able to regulate your Temp. Is this room insulated by you or when it was built?

Yes we will be building the room in the next two weeks. We will be insulating it

I'm in CO too. Are you worried about the cold or the heat?
