New Grow room Setup Please Help

Hey guys so i am going to be setting up a new medical grow and im looking for some advice and maybe some answers to a few questions i have. We will be building a room in our garage to convert in to a designated space. We are looking to make it a sealed room and as automated as possible as busy schedules are not very forgiving.

The Room:
10x10
4x8 open space for Flower with 2x Kind K5 XL1000 LED Lights
4x2 and 2x2 tents for veg with t5 lights. (these are the tents i have but thinking of buying a 4x4)
Active Air Co2 System for Small Area w/ 20# Co2 Tank
Ac Infinity T8 with 8 Inch Ac Infinity Carbon Filter For scrubbing the air

Im looking at the the 1 ton Pioneer Diamante mini split as it runs to -15 degrees F and i live in Colorado so the unit needs to work in low ambient temperatures.
And also the Frigidaire Energy Start 50 Pint Dehumidifier.

Which leads me to my first question,

QUESTION 1: Do you think these units will suffice?

Im looking at running the flower room in AutoPots Spring Pot 5 gallon 6 tray system using somewhere between 50/50-70/30- Coco/pearlite mix AND A 1-2 inch layer of hydroton at the bottom of the pot
as im trying to make this system as autonomous as possible.

Question 2 & 3

Is there a way for me to achieve a perpetual grow without having 2 autopot systems?

And im looking at this brand for the coco. any body have any experience opinions or suggestions? (I went back and fourth between this and coco loco because coco loco seems to be more soil like rather than coco)

Thanks for any and all advice!

Those lights are absolute garbage is the first issue I see.

Second is your veg and mother area are in the same space as a open flower area? So basically you can only go in there during lights on in flower?

Third you’re exhausting while enriching with co2? What a giant waste of money that’s going to be.

I’m at work and that’s as far as I’ve made it. Be back

1 yes we established the lights are trash and I’m gonna be snagging new ones, any recommendations?
2 veg and mothers would be in tent in the room
3 we decided gassing C02 and we will just be venting
4 yes but not close to the way we are gonna be doing it now

So why wouldn’t you enclose a 4x8 separate flower room so you can do other stuff in the veg and mother?

What’s your budget for lights for flower?

Ditch the Co2. You’re not going to benefit from it with the plan you have.

didnt mean to post yet, just updated should be able to see the post now
Just guessing, dream mode right. First, just put everything thing on a list. Go for what works but don't waste time. When I first moved in I started on the back four feet. In retrospect I Marvel at what works. I won't trade my rolsol or my Terra Cotta clay pots. Autos solved the light problem so it really flowers. A fan keeps plenty of air moving so no need for CO2. The shower curtain rod with a curtain keeps light at bay. I do run with the door open in my bedroom with no smell issues. I run an ozone generator in another room that works for the whole house but it's on a timer too.
