Yeah that sounds good. You may want to read on best mediums for cloning. But I have seen some use nothing but perlite cause the PH is easier to maintain and there is not any nute in it. Maturesmoker on here actually does that.

ok, getting everything i need together to do this before the lights go out at 8 pm. i found this link so im going through it step by step, i have my cake dome that i put holes in for a clone dome, im using my rain water and i have a spray bottle to wet them with. i only have 1 bulb in my veg box as my Y splitter bkoke, will get another 1 tomorrow so i'll have 2 bulbs. im only gonna do 2 clones as i dont want to many plants right now, LoL. i'll post some pics when i get it all set up, thanks man!!!

Looks like you did a good job, I bet those babies will survive no problem!!

Any type of rooting gel or powder?
i hope so treeZ, i'm really stoked over the pink buds, they should revert back into vegging (i hope) and then i will have my next 2 plants ready after i harvest 2-1 and molly. this is what i used, schultz take root. its a powder that you wet the clone and then dip it in and i used jiffy peat pellets which if they root, i can just put those right into the soil.

Nice! I'm probably going to be cloning my regular bag seed "topped plants" within the next couple weeks so I'm looking forward to see how this turn out for you.

looks good CD, you should be a proud PaPa!! And one light will probably be fine for the clones, they dont need a lot of light. are you gonna try the increment/decrement thing, or just throw em under something like 18/6?

thanks, well i dont have another timer, so i did 12/12, today i will do 13/11 and so on, im still home all the time so it wont be hard for me to do that till i get to 18/6. i have a piece of paper with it written down so i dont screw it up, LoL. i have plenty of veg nutes, so really all i need is some more soil, which is on sale at walgreens 2 bags for $3. i would like to keep them vegging for about 40 days or so and have them ready to go into the flowering box when these other 2 are ready to harvest, theres just not room in there for 4 big plants.

lets hope so gumball, well day 53 and the girls still look great. 2-1 has no more mutant leaves, there all gone and she looks very good, all the leaves are full and green. shes kinda cool looking as it looks like its gonna be just one huge bud from top to bottom. molly has 6 main tops and a few more smaller ones a little ways down. when i just checked on them, i noticed the fan blowing on the light has stopped working, but the temp is down to 81 so i think i will just leave it out for now. its a 12v auto fan hooked into the computer power source. everything else is still running so i guess it just gave up.

day 54 for the girls, both are doing great. you can see in the pic of molly the 6 main buds, those all have some pink in them, all the lower buds still have just white hairs. 2-1 is filling in real nice. and heres a shot of the twins, day 2 for them and thier still green so thats good.

day 55, the buds on molly are really starting to get bigger and fuller and more pink hairs on more of the other buds, shes looking real sexy, LoL. 2-1 is coming along great too. today is the 3rd day for the clones and there still looking good. i give them a spray of rain water twice a day and i have my second gravity fed water system hooked up to keep water in the clone dome. things are going great.

im getting low on my GH florabloom and i really dont care to go to the hydro store so i think im gonna give this a try, the numbers seem right for the flowering stage and i would still mix it with the jascks classic bloom and the bat guano, so we'll see what happens. its only $5 for an 8 oz bottle at home depot, gonna get some tomorrow to replace the GH stuff.

plus if the clones make it then you wont have to worry about pulling a male out of the other seeds yet. but maybe you can breed them??? maybe one day later!!

have you ever had a chance to get to the plant you put by your old work?

yeah i was wondering, can i clone them again when there big enough? and yeah, i went by there the other day and its still alive but not really growing, nor did it look that good. im going by again tomorrow to get some papers, so i'll look again and get a pic, it was raining hard and the pic didnt turn out that i took, LoL.

yeah, you can continue to clone the clones. some say genetics breaks down over time, but as long as they continue to produce the same thing over and over then continue to clone. i have also read that some strains dont yield the same in the cuttings, so they say they arent good cloning strains. i say if its growing and you are liking keep cloning.

the rain could have made it look ugly. if it has been raining alot then she may just need a day of good sun. lets hope she turns out good for ya. you still have a few months. plus she was already in flower, so she may have reverted to veg a little. that will slow growth. they should all start to flower soon with the solstice past.
