You get your kids to eat like that and you’re doing a great fucking job.
Super fucking good job my wife did with the daughter's eating habits. Force feeding her tofu and every Asian vegetable imaginable while limiting sweets from a very young age made her palette so diverse. And she's down to try anything at least once. She'd rather eat broccoli than cake. No joke. Still loves ice cream though. She's not a freak!

Cedar smoke infused wild salmon from diy mini oven built with fire bricks and 320watt heating element of an old mini grill. Small but gets up to 650f. Located outdoors, it started as a temporary one-time use thingy to make some mini wood smoked mini pizzas. I’ve used it since for fish (whole, stuffed with thyme), chicken and things like bell peppers, potatoes, and other fruits and vegetables.

I use this (mostly cedar) wood in a small tinfoil container that just barely touches the heating elements, causing it to burn slowly. Just a small amount does wonders.

Cedar and a few chips of whiskey infused wood.

Olive oil, ginger, smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili, bit cayenne, tandoori chicken spices.

Mix it up, add a little maple syrup and (warm) honey, rice vinegar, ketjap manis, soya. Mix some more and brush on chicken.
