Your rolling skills are exemplary.Rolled up and froze 25 Cha Gio. They're not perfect but after frying in some hot oil they'll taste delicious and that's all I really care about.

Don't really have one, it is water, soy sauce, lemon juice, a handful of garlic cloves with red onion rings plus peppers or paste. Water is mixed in to taste, it has to be diluted a bit or the soy will take over. The amount of peppers or paste depends on how hot you want it.

What the hell's going on? Nobody ate corned beef yesterday?
Don't get me started on the overcooked cabbage. I was specifically asked to "Cook it all the way" by more than one person. Make sure you cook the cabbage. I don't understand why people want to eat mushy cabbage. But I complied. Mom gets what Mom wants.
