mushrooms filled with red bellpepper, red onion, finely chopped garlic, pepper and bacon, topped with parmesan and basil. Could have gone a few min less, should have added the basil afterwards, but good stuff nonetheless.

Weather has been pretty crazy here lately, August summer weather in June. Calls for more bbq. Bumped beef burger and pork sausage stash today. Wholesale butcher still feels like cheating. Half the price of grocery store charges, double the quality.

Caprese salad, with my Bushsteak tomatoes, my basil and storebought fresh moz with some olive oil/balsamic vinegar vinaigrete. I have more fruit setting! I'm sort of shocked usually they are long dead by now.
