Damn that one looked like it lit up a good fight. That fish is all muscle. Did it taste good or disgusting?

Bullheads taste good, channel and blue catfish taste good when they aren't eating things from the mud all day.

My favorite is channel cats from a clean lake. They have a great taste and are fun to catch. Big blues and mud cats I just release as I'm not a big fan of the taste.

I'm a fan of the turducken but this guy is a hero. Just needs to wrap it in thick cut brown sugar bacon and I'm in

Apple oatmeal with blueberry-applebutter and creme.
Reminds me of backpacking trip breakfasts once the vac-pac bacon gets eaten.
I think I need bacon still, it's not breakfast unless there's meat!
edit : a slice of ham afterwards helped my disposition.
