I have a power burner on my range that works well with a carbon steel wok. But I'm switching to induction soon and, while they have really high wattage burners, I'm skeptical it will satisfy my needs, I'm spoiled!. So I want an outdoor cooking station at least for the warm monthsyes! those wok brackets are perfect.
i used to try to wok on an electric stove and it sucked. it really only steamed shit. didn't get hot enough
