yes! those wok brackets are perfect.

i used to try to wok on an electric stove and it sucked. it really only steamed shit. didn't get hot enough
I have a power burner on my range that works well with a carbon steel wok. But I'm switching to induction soon and, while they have really high wattage burners, I'm skeptical it will satisfy my needs, I'm spoiled!. So I want an outdoor cooking station at least for the warm months

at our old house we just had the old style coil cook tops. which sucked. now we have the glass cooktop so i don't even bother
