Good seeing you again! I see you are riding into the right thread in time for the Holiday food spree, well played :D Oh and try that cheese with the Oyster Bay Sauv Blanc you recommended, it's perfection
Good see you too. Hope all is well.

I do love this thread. It has the best recipes and food porn. :hump:

These two have become staples in the fridge too. The Yanceys has a perfect crumble. If you havent tried it yet, you must!

The last time I made Beer can bacon burgers I used Black Creek with gruyere and Smoked Apple. It puts the flavor over the top.

The United States has a 1.5 billion pound cheese stockpile. Rivaled only by our strategic oil reserve stockpile.

The U.S. cheese stockpile weighs more than the Eiffel Tower, Statue of Liberty, Tower of Pisa, and the Great Sphinx of Giza—combined.

Basically the trimmed pieces get tossed in a special secret spice blend and brown sugar. Then put back on the smoker. Cook till sugar melts then toss in bbq sauce and put back on for about 10 more minutes.......amazing :bigjoint:

The super secret spice blend is easy.......just make it when you're stoned and it'll stay a secret. No one will know.....even you :P
