its hard to tell, take pic lower down on a node,make it clear and big

I'm not sure dude. Looks like it could burst open and pop some white hairs out. Best thing to do is just flower it but watch closely. If it is male, spray water on the balls and bag the whole thing and remove it as soon as you can.
