Need help with my plants they won’t grow!!!

I have had these plants under my 645 watt luxx leds for a month now and they don’t seem to be thriving. Temps are at 75-85 humidity at 50-60
Lights are at 40 % and 4 ft away

Your bags look extremely dry. I mostly grow outdoor and if my soil looked like that, so would my plants. I'd give everything a good soaking.

As small as those plants are in those larger pots if the soil is good quality they should not need any nutes for 5 or 6 weeks
