Need help wiring this up ?

Any idea how to get these wires into there connectors

You would think the front is where you insert it .. but then there's a wire missing from the connector from the back so maybe in there ..


You lift the pin and insert the wire and then clamp the pin I'm guessing ... But the wires don't seem to fit

Never mind theres just a good bit of tension on the pins to hold them open wasn't expecting that
