No worries dude and thanks for keeping up with the thread
i understand transplanting to a bigger pot would be easier but i want to keep her in a 1gal so her height doesnt get away from me as soon as i put her in bloom she can grow as tall as she wants to.
my roots have reachd the walls and will be root bound soon and.
smaller pot= small plant
so i dont wanna go with a bigger pot
ive heard of root prunning for small mother plants so i dont see y it shouldnt work on a reg plant to keep her small
i am in no hurry to bloom so recovery after root prunning is not a prob
i am looking to veg her for another minth or so till i get a tent

I've completed a couple of grows and because they were outdoors I only did supercropping and got fairly good results, I might be a newbie to indoor growing but with outdoors I am pretty much a pro (not full on but to some scale yes)

The more lights the better and don't worry about too much lights, I've seen people have over 10kw HPS on one plant with massive results!
so outdoors you are a pro after two grows? you are quite modest too. I consider myself a total newb after two indoor and one and a half outdoor grows. Please describe the 'fairly good results'. I'm curious

Please show me a picture of a grow with 10,000 Watts of HPS on a single plant. 2 on top, and 8 around the sides or just one magical 10,000 watt bulb? Sounds like massive BS to me. :weed:
LMAO...you mean you don't think anybody would be STUPID enough to waste that many watts on a SINGLE plant?!?! ;)

yeah, 10,000 watt on one plant is a preposterous amount of light.
I doubt this would be advantageous or effective as I'm sure the grams/watt would be rather low

Yup, this kid is starting to make me laugh as half his advice is flawed, the other half is mere speculation and/or just being a parrot.
He is a self-admitting amateur with only a few grows under his belt, yet he tries to portray this illusion that he's an expert with the answer to all pot growing questions.
Okay smarty pants, should I flush or not? Should I consider defoliation or not? What is the best nutes to use?

As someone mentioned earlier ..... the blind leading the blind.
Original poster probably meant well when he started this but needs a lot more experience himself first.

Ok people I made a mistake and thats not my fault everyone makes them, I misread the 10kw post because the guy had written 10kw grow 5kw per tent so I got sort of confused.

And can everyone just stop with all the hate comments, all I'm trying to do is pass on the things I know from the current knowledge I have which will increase everyday,,, pssstt its call Learning

Guess what, I never said two grows I said a couple so that doesn't mean two so stop skipping ahead of things and read posts out carefully

I've got sick plants..How do I get my roots to flourish again?
A little more precise would help, are they drooping, any sort of visible deficiencies? I'm guessing you are doing hydro and if by 'sick' you mean roots turning brown then you are going to have to get rid of the damaged roots as root rot is permanent, if you think I'm wrong then correct me.

YOUR plants are drooping...what's the cause? You shouldn't be making a thread to help newbies out when you don't have the knowledge or experience to actually HELP them...go tend to your own plants dude...stop making life harder for the other unsuspecting newbies on here...

No, my plants aren't drooping and FYI I have cut off the *drooping leaves* and have flushed out the soil and waiting for the lower growth to increase which means there will be new branches popping out and and have them under one of my 125 w 5500k lights so don't think by reading this and that you know it all. At least I can say that I made a mistake but I doubt you could.

Oh, when you say my plants are drooping you are totally wrong it was one of my plants and so you should be saying plant not plants! So my first impression of you is that you are the sort of person who has no consideration of anyone else and makes up a whole lot of crap and when he/she makes mistakes he/she doesn't admit it.

Please forgive me if I'm wrong, but my guess would be that Scroga is merely pulling your chain.

Do you see now why we laugh at you, did you not look at Scroga's 14 journals?
It's highly doubtful he needs or wants any advise from you, but hell that's just my guess, maybe he does.

So to remedy your problem you "cut off the drooping leaves" and "flushed them"
Thats AWESOME!!
They were probably over watered anyway
Leave the newbs alone guy...learn how to help yourself before you try helping others

When my seeds first sprouted I gave them 4x the bottle recommended nutes. The more the better if you want huge plants, right? I also water my 1 gal pots with at least 3 gals per day. Plants need water.

4 plants under a 100w CFL (23w actual watts)

All of my plants died. Did I do something wrong?
