Need help Producing seed and bud

so im trying to figue out how i can make one plant produce seed without the others doing so

would putting them in different rooms be enough?

I have also heard that shaking pollen into plastic bags and then carefully placing the bag over selected buds then twist tie the bags on the branch. I have never seen it done or tried it so take it as that.
