Need help on tent setup.

I have a 4x4x5 tent, I need all the headroom I can get because I'm using large DWC drums.

Now this is what I'm working with:

2 Honeywell Turbo Fans
1 400CFM Inline + Carbon Filter
1 6" fan
1 Tube Fan
Lots of 6" Ducting
2 400W HPS Lights

Now with this equipment, should I use 2 cool hoods (I say hoods because I already have them, not to be mistaken with tubes)

or should I hang the bulbs vert style and use the 2 turbe fans to cool and use the inline to exhaust?

I dont have much more money but open to suggestions on how to battle heat

get a mini split AC bro i run one in my grow tent i have a 6x12x8 foot tent had to customize it and I run 2 1k lights, but eventually ima upgrade to 3 1K light. I use the iPonic600 to control all my shit cause i work all day and don't have time to be there at my room and i don't like people knowing about my shit so i keep is super low key what is it that you want to achieve? is it for personal use or do you get it out to your buddies and dispensaries?
