need help on soil

i have 6 or 7 clones that have rooted through theyre jiffy pucks and i have no potting soil new or old, and the ground is frozen solid under 2 or 3 inches fo snow, is there some kind of temporary substitute for soil or some kind of hydro thing i could make i have buckets.
