Need Attorney to open U.P. dispensary.

Hello everyone. We are done watching our nephew. I am having my surgery Friday @ Beaumont. Looks like I can finally work on opening a dispensary or market. I need to sit down with good mj attorney, I would like to know everyone's thoughts on who is a good mj attorney to speak with.

Internal politics busted up UPNorml pretty bad. Even the website was redirecting to non-norml site. I emailed several people and never received any answers from them last year. I will check these lawyers out though and see if anyone has gotten anything going up here recently with Norml.

This is the attorney of the dispensary in Marquette. They have been open for quite a long time. Belle has appointment with them.

One of the few attorneys in the state that practices medical marijuana law, Pollicella said that should Well Greens be permitted to open in Holly, it would mark the sixth dispensary she has assisted in opening in six Michigan counties.

I called and talked directly to woman who set up appointment.

When I stopped into that new Flint brick & mortar (Elite Herbal Solutions) today we chatted about him making it happen and he recommended Denise A. Pollicella, Esq. Her firm also has a website: cannabisattorneysofmidmichigan.com

Someone else recommended her as well. I did some checking today. There are two attorneys at cannabis counsel and they each represent a dispensary in harvey. That is who Belle had meeting with last week. Looks like a few grand, and a building. Few things sounds a little ....askew. I almost said Belle has been sleeping all day, but she hasn't been up in a few days. I will crack the whip tomorrow and have her call Denise. She is the one that got the Holly Dispensary going. Or is atleast working on it. That you TheMan, I appreciate that. This is what I have been thinking since Friday, and it's settled. lol.

Let's get one open in Saginaw, I'm down!
