You're assuming just because the smoke was bad that it is the flush. RX green technologies performed a proper scientific study and a blind panel preferred bud not flushed. An analysis of the bud showed no notable difference between the minerals and nutrient content when flushed vs not flushed. There is no real scientific evidence to flush and your anecdotal evidence is just that.
From their website;
"Overall, the length of the flushing period did not impact yield, potency, terpenes, or taste characteristics of Cannabis flower."

Thanks for your input but I'll flush for a couple of days and make up my own mind.

Look at the difference in those pictures!

Somebody make a side by side picture 4 weeks apart. Just beautiful. Hopefully some of the newer growers on here take this a lesson.

Thanks mate. I'm sick of paying through the arse for 2nd rate bush weed and If I'm going to grow my own I want to do it as good as I can so I'm here to listen and learn.

Lol, after
don't flush...
I did some more reading - I've tipped the water out and gone back to nutes for the last few days. Thanks for the heads up P10p ;-)

I chopped my girl tonight. It's a mainlined Amnesia Lemon (sativa dominant) and 8 colas over 3 ounces wet with just the fan leaves removed, 24..5 oz total.

The replacement plant isn't quite ready to go into the cupboard yet so I'm using the cupboard to dry out the buds. No lights at all and temp set to 20 degrees and humidity set to 50%. The oscillating fan is not turned on.

The buds are all around this size, from my palm to the crook of my elbow :sleep:
