I thought everyone on here took what MC says with a grain of salt.

Anyhoo

I still havent seen any amber trichs. Since this grow was stunted I think I'm already past the 60 day time stamp.

im just going on past grows that when my plants look like this I have a 2/3 week window.

Whats your thoughts?

Hmmm well first off I'm not one of those people who take kindly to insults wether your joking or not, I'm coming back 2x as hard no matter what. Thats just me, I've been bullied and shit in the past (growing up as a kid). Now that I've grown up a lot I've realized I used to be a pushover about two or three years ago. I don't take shit for no one I don't care who it is it aint happenin no more...... And ya so thats how its been for a good while and I'm glad to say that I'm a happier person now. Sorry for the drama in the thread I guess is what I'm trying to say.......

As for the plants let 'em go till they look done. Don't base things on the color of the trichs let the bud really look like you can pinch some off and load a bowl with it ya feel me? Your bud should have an "orange glow" about it. And ya I know the whole trich story clear/cloudy/amber but its all in the strain on how it smokes...... Damn it if you didn't want a couch lock stone you shoulda got a more sativa ya feel me bro? Don't get me wrong I aint talking down on you just kinda using an example.....

joe camel, i am in the fourth week of flowering my bubba kush, i am scrogging one which is fed synthetic nutrients, i am lollipopping one fed organically, and i am organically feeding one who grows as she wishes. i have the same problems with yellowing of the leaves on my scrogged plant. i use properly ph'd/aged water. at first i thought it was nute burn, so i stopped feeding...as the problem progressed i began to think it was a nitrogen def. i just fertilized yesterday. i did spray for spider mites late in veg using an alcohol/soap/water solution (perhaps you did this too?) slight possibility some residue is left behind and causing this? maybe with both of our information we can solve this and know what to do for next year. do you have pictures of the plant when it was yellowing. another thing is only the leafs under the bud sites were yellowing. ive already lost all of my big fan leaves. let me know what you think. btw, what kind of light do you use and how far is it away from the canopy?

harvest one plant a little early, and one a little later. compare the two for next year! im kind of bummed i lost so many fan leaves, i heard it really affects yield and potency. here are some pictures from last week, i keep removing yellow leaves under the bud sites everyday.

Leaves are supposed to yellow and die in flowering. They think it's fall, and the buds absorb the energy from the leaves, don't sweat it.

If you lose your leaves in early flower you probably switched to your bloom fertilizer too soon. Plants need some nitrogen to stay green, but too much nitro can keep the plant from flowering to it's potential. slowly cut out the nitrogen and raise the phosphorus, rather than switching to flowering nutes as soon as you switch the lights to 12/12, and the leaves should last longer. Those are my thoughts.

Was bout to say the only yellow leaves are looking like the ones under the screen which would make sense. Plants leach N from the older lower leaves when it is in need of Nitrogen. Give her a very small dose of some you should be good.

quick to help me out guys thanks! yes i did switch to flower nutes right away. check this picture out. this was the other day. i burnt the lollipop plant in the top left i have no idea how i did this, i give her organic nutes and i know i dont over do it. i always go real low and work my way up. this may be heat stress im thinking. as you can see only the one plant was affected this way. the plant circled directly below it has been treated exactly the same, the only differences between the two is the time they started flower (about 10 days apart) and one is lollipopped. any suggestions to why she would burn like this and not the others??

They must have been quite nitrogen-deprived early on in flowering.

Not sure what caused that, but I still use grow/veg nutes during the first few weeks of flowering; lowering the dose each time and slowly introducing bloom nutes.

Hey, at least trimming will be a piece of cake ;)

Some people never stop using a little nitrogen right up to flush. You plant will still slose some of it's leave, but you will also have some still green and helping provide energy for the flowers.

lol dropping leaves like flies is never a good thing. i make weekly nute changes, induce flowering while i skip that weeks change; 1 week into flowering i introduce bloom nutes.
