At least for now this probably would be best and see how they progress as you learn to judge them best.

(I have big feeling this is overwatering problem.)

No. If the plant is wilting it has no water left to hold the leaves up. Too late.

I suggest you get a moisture probe to learn.

And read a basic Grow book like Jorje Cervantes or ed Rosenthals.

These kinds of things are gardening basics.

iv got george cervenetez book mabe i should re read it i have no fucking clue as to how to judge if it needs watering clearly every method iv used hasen been a good indacater iv lifted the pot iv stuck a whole finger in it was bone dry ant the pot dident seem like it was gunna get any lighter

Or lift the pot every day so u get an idea of how it should wait then when it looks dry n super light finger bang the pot, whwn its dry about 2 inches down u water that bitch

for a new grower get a pot same size fill it up with soil that is dry. You can lift that one and then lift one with plant in it and you will be able to tell by the difference in weight.

When leaves lose vigor and turgor pressure is low combined with light pot would be better way to put it, then full on wilt.

I don't agree with everything in that book and he has admitted some wrong things but the water and soil sections are excellent.

Just always water slowly around the plant in a star pattern until about 15% of what you pour in comes out the drain holes.

Then wait until the pot is dry. Then wait one more day. That is how I learned. And used a moisture probe to confirm.

Are those 2 different size pots I se in the photos?
Is the plant showing lower leaf problems in a larger pot than the other without the problem?

ye one on left is in a 1 maybe 2 gal plastic pot the other one is in a 5 gal fabric pot and im pretty sure the roots have filled the pot

To me, this is more evidence of overwatering. The smaller pot dries out by the time you water, but the larger one has secret moisture that is probably tricking you and plant shows lower leaf shit like that because she is being watered before she needs it. The larger pot would also hold more food and not run out as fast as the smaller pot that would need feedings more often. So this is evidence going down that it could be from a food issue.

Both plants are bone dry super light as a feather, both are in need of water.
Right plant - turgor pressure lost in the leaves, leaves went down slightly, beginning of wilt and in need of water.
Left plant - let it wilt overboard too much, this is past where you want to water and probably root damage occuring.
Interesting note: both are bone dry and has no water, but look at left plant top of soil, rich worm casting top layer almost makes it look wet if went by soil look alone in comparison.

I had the opportunity to snap a photo and show this, it's no biggie for me.. maybe will help somehow.
