Both plants are bone dry super light as a feather, both are in need of water.
Right plant - turgor pressure lost in the leaves, leaves went down slightly, beginning of wilt and in need of water.
Left plant - let it wilt overboard too much, this is past where you want to water and probably root damage occuring.
Interesting note: both are bone dry and has no water, but look at left plant top of soil, rich worm casting top layer almost makes it look wet if went by soil look alone in comparison.
