Supz DL. We went with a 400w MH + HPS Sun System II for most of the grow. It wasnt until Week 5 or so that we got the 600w from HTG ;)

Haiz Hacker ;) The 2 bigger females got vegged for 4-4.5 weeks roughly. The runt got vegged almost 6 weeks because she was so tiny, then eventually we said the hell with it and flowered her ;) I'll be sure to drop smoke reports as well:D Just giving the product some time to cure b4 I make my final report on it. Happy growing!

yo minz, man what can I say bro... you frikkin nailed it, congrats! Very nice yield too, gotta be proud to score 11z first time round eh? I just finished up most of my harvest last week too. I had the one bagseed skunk that turned out nice and the two little kush plants that are potent but didn't yield much.

I still have my skunk female growing, I did a dual harvest on the plants, first time round I took the buds that were ready, about half of the skunk and the larger kush main bud was ready. a week later I harvested the remainder of the skunk except for some branches I left on the plant with several (2-3 dozen) bud sites with small nuggets, they are growing new leaves and buds as we speak.

I got about 3 ounces off the skunk of bud, and about an ounce off the two small kush plants. I've got 3 premium ounces curing as we speak. Both strains are quite potent. I just wish I had been home after I harvested, the hanging buds on the first round got dry way too fast due to the heat here so I fear I've lost the bouquet of the bud, time will tell if the aroma and taste come back. If it doesn't no big deal, it's not like I"m trying to sell this shit, it's all personal stash this time round but it will be a big disappointment if that fantastic skunk smell is forever lost.

I've got several clones growing of the skunk as she was such a strong plant that went super bushy by itself. They are small, less than a foot tall but they are all bud. I also have one of my free seeds budding too. I got a Chronic Fruity Juice seed with my seed order and planted it so it would grow about the same age as my clones. Man I cannot believe the Chronic, I have never seen a plant have so many trikes, it's frikkin snow on all the buds, completely covers the leaves around the bud and the stems from the fan leave up to the bud are completely covered in large trichomes. The smell is off the hook too, it's like a lemon/watermelon smell and taste. I did a partial harvest on it last week too, the plant was small as I had it flowering a few days after it got it's second set of leaves. It is super potent and wants to grow very tall but also very bushy. I think I will be ordering some more Chronic!

Again, I wanted to congratulate you on a fine grow, I know the next one will be even better. I bought myself two Igloo 48 qt. white marine coolers at walmart last week, got them for $22 each, sweet! I went to Lowes and got a sheet of 1" aluminum foil backed foam insulation and doubled them so I have two inches of foam as my lid. The lids removed easy on the coolers, they had two screws on each hinge, just removed the screws and the top came off, easy to put back on if I need it. Plus it has a threaded drain plug should I need it. I have cut two holes in each top so I have two 6" net pots in each cooler. Next grow will be my Pineapple Chunk and Vanilla Kush from Barney's Farms. Can't frikkin wait!

I've got a bunch of pics of my harvest, I just need to get them ot of iphoto and size them down and upload them to my server so I can post some pics on my thread. I may be able to get those up today so if you get a chance swing by and check'em out.

SMOKE REPORT @ 1.5-2 WEEKS OF CURING

Supz RIU'rz. Been awhile since I've posted on here. I wanted to give some details as to the ladiez and how they smoke ;) They've all cured for at least a week and a half. Here goes...the fun part was naming them because they were all mystery strains so we had no idea what they actually are but oh wellz lulz.

"Midwestern Lights"
Random 035.jpgRandom 037.jpg

These 2 pics(above) are of the biggest female we had. Citrusy/Diesel smell with a splash of skunk. Breaks up VERY nicely. Intense frosting and plenty of orange hairs. As far as her high goes--> Definately a couchlock/body-stoned feeling. Very smooth and long-lasting. 1 joint had me feeling good for at least 3-4hrs. Would be very good for joint pain or body-aches. For sure smoke in the late afternoon or evening because it packs a whollop. The smoke is dense feeling, like you can feel it in your chest, and then exhale and comes the diesel/mildly lemony taste or kinda like an orange peel ;)

"Flaming Kirby"
Random 039.jpgRandom 038.jpg

The very first plant we ever harvested :D Named it after Kirby, the big marshmallow guy in the old-school video game. He eats stuff, sits down, and has super powers lulz. This girl has the most head-trippy feeling of all the ladiez. I'd say at least 70% head / 30% body. Makes you wanna have active convos. Great for golfing I hear :D She has an extreme lemony smell to her. Has the most potent smell I'd say. Plenty of crystals and orange all over her. Her taste is friggin AMAAAAAZING! Started off sweet...and now it's fruity even :D She makes ya cough from the soul lulz. Heavy smoke, but really smooth flavor and taste. This girl knocked one of my friends completely unconscious lmao. No shit...I had to carry him to my car and then into his house HAHA! Good stuff for sure and prolly my favorite of the bunch.

"Mighty Mite"
Random 041.jpgRandom 040.jpg

The "runt" in all her lovely. Didnt get but 1oz off her roughly, but she's still some decent smoke. I'd say 50 head/ 50 body on the high. Most everything's a hybrid of some sort so I guess it makes sense. LONG and STRINGY orange hairs COVER her completely. She has a mild lemony skunk smell to her and the taste of the smoke is pretty good. Kinda sour during the inhale, but sweeter on the exhale? My wife LOVES this one the most lulz. A little bit of any of them goes a long way I found out lmao. This pretty much takes care/wraps up this grow indefinately. Thanx to everyone who commented/posted on the way! I learned sooo much on this 1st try at growing and it went splendidly, couldnt be happier with the results! Thanx to all you viewers as well! Hope someone out there got something from the info I've provided and learned as well. As alwayz....HAPPY GROWING AND KEEP THEM COMING! :D

Thanx everyone for the kind words! Had alot of fun with these first 3 ladiez. Cant wait to start up another thread for our SCROG redemption. We have 5 ladiez now that will be starting their flower within the week, PLUS we got some clonez to root!!! Wootz :D Revamped the flowering chamber a bit. Dropped the screen 8-10" so it's roughly 10-12" above the tops of the buckets now ;) These bitches are squattin and fat too so with any luck....that screen is gonna be stuffed yo lulz. Also about done with the RDWC unit I've been puttin together. Got the rest of my PVC cut lastnite and now I just gotta snag a water pump and run the return line and take it for a dry run ;) I'll post some pics for ya'll soon! Stay blazed and safe!

RANDOM MINI-PROJECT PICS
Random 003.jpgRandom 004.jpgRandom 007.jpg

So I've been goin through the motions of makin a 4-bucket RDWC system for my 3x3x7 tent. Spent a few bucks and bought some shtuff. I dont have it all completely worked out yet(gotta get a water pump) but I figured I have enough to get started ;) Pics above are mats I'm usin...'nuff said lulz. That is roofing sealant I used to seal the outside on my Uniseals as you'll see later. Supposed to be good for 50yrs watertight/airtight seals..we shall seez. I guess I wouldnt really need this IF I went with square buckets instead of round ones...but oh well. Here goez

Random 008.jpgRandom 005.jpgRandom 006.jpg

I just cut the end of the tube so the hole was able to squeeze it in really small spaces. I only put this on the OUTSIDE of my buckets and not on the inside. No dirty shiz inside the rez'! When I cut the holes in the buckets, I started at the 2.5" they suggested and the Uniseal fit, but wasnt quite watertight. So I dropped to 2" and went with a new razor blade to trim away the excess bucket around the hole until it fit nicely. I really had to push them in hard....wife was helpin me the whole time. Ah..good timez lulz. Nywayz...These babies snapped in and voila. Granted the buckets are ROUND so they're not quite flush, BUT they are pretty damn close. The above pics I ran a bead of the sealant around the little gap between the bucket and the back of the Uniseal and made sure to direct it INWARDS to fill up as much space as possible. I figured once they dried for a few days or whatever and once the 1.5" PVC was snugly in place, whatever gap there was left will be swept away by the pure pressure of the seal;)

Random 009.jpgRandom 002.jpgRandom 001.jpg

Heres what they looked like with all the sealant in its place. Wipe away the excess and they looked prettyful as could be. Hope they work...if nothing else I'll find some square containers and do those up ;) I cut the PVC at 13" long and I figured that'd be pretty close. May end up going with a tap-kinda drain line for the water pump as there's not much room in-between buckets. Bout all I got thusfar. Rambles...happy growing :D

is the roofing sealant pliable? im not comfortable having to use a sealant on grommets. even with a radius in the bucket the right gromet in the right size hole is watertight. are those for plumbing applications or electrical. they are used in both trades but the electrical gromits are not watertight, just protect the wire from being nicked.
reason i ask is the gromets will be tough to get the pvc through n if the sealant is not pliable they may have to be re sealed once the pipe is installed. test test test lol plumbers moto!!!

Prolly start a new thread soon...excited to share with everyone. Thanx for the info man! Alwayz appreciated

Aww yea for surez. Dry run for at LEAST a week once it's all done. I got the Uniseals from Aquatic Eco-Systems online. They're for boats and huge fish aquariums and stuff. The sealant's holding pretty good. It was pretty much liquid-rubber so we hope. They didn't really leak per say BEFORE the sealant so I hope for the best after I get back to em. Experiments and such is the life for an avid grower seeking lower maintenance lulz
