only 2-3 cm below i think i fckked up my seed its not visible till now
I think that's too far into the dirt. The top of the rooted seed should be only 1 to 1.5 cm (~1/2") below the surface of the dirt.

Next time, just put a seed itself 1/2" below the surface of the dirt, and sprinkle a little water on it every couple of days. In other words, eliminate the paper towel method entirely. See if that works out for you.

it was damp soil n i just sprayed water i m sure i didnt overwater
Did you carefully put the tap root pointing down without breaking it? I have planted a lot in soil and have found that around 1” deep germinated seeds root and grow just fine. With that being said sometimes seeds just don’t make it. I would give it a full week. If it doesn’t pop carefully pull back the soil with a toothpick and see what happened.

The simplest most effective way to grow from seed is to plant directly and wait. That's the way plants have been growing in nature for tens of thousands of years. Paper towels were not invented until 1931. Plants didn't need paper towels to germinate for all that time and they don't need them now.
