My weed keeps dying

At this point I already killed 3 marijuana plants; they are CBD plants.
I already asked on this forum what I am doing wrong, and they told me that there wasn’t enough light and that I watered the plants too much.
Now I bought a growing light and I also bought a plant water spray so that I don’t water them too much.
Now, after 5 days, my seedling looks like in the image, it seems that’s it is dying, at this point I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I keep the light on for 24 hours, I read that 18 to 24 hours is good. And the temperature of the room is always between 20 and 27 degrees Celsius. Please help :)

Looks like your plant is stuck in its shell. The light wont matter if it can't open up to use it.

If it popped 5 days ago you need to attempt to get the shell off. Tweezers and be gentle.

It looks like your growing medium isn't conducive to MJ seeds. Also, it could be the water you're using. From the tap is a bad idea if you have used this method-- I would think not. Anyway, I've grown outside one time with nil results no matter what I tried. (I do much better inside.) But this year, I started "thinking like a plant" and WOW, the difference. You guys aren't going to believe this but I've never watered the plants with plain water-ever (I will before harvest). I started with rain water from my granddaughter's kiddy pool that had started turning green. Then I added my fish and guano to the water and Fox Farm Trio, as directed. They love it and my plants are thick and hearty. I have no yellow leaves, never have had, and I'm in week one of flowering. Maybe at this stage, some will most likely turn yellow. I also have them in 5-gallon buckets, sitting in this solution, so they get water when they want it, but let it dry out every 2-3 days with no water. This procedure has been so successful that I planted new seeds and they are all coming up, thick and hearty. They're growing so fast and thick that I'll be able to harvest the youngsters on harvest day (Halloween) Give it a try. I premix the solution in a tub and fill 16-oz Dr. Pepper bottles and water them this way as well. You can get these nifty pour spouts that screw onto these bottles perfectly. I hope this helps.

What's going on there is that it's dried the f out and the root isn't in the medium deep enough and you need to take the shell off by gently pulling the two halves apart with your thumbnails. Your thumbnails look pretty short so you may need to use something else to pull them apart. What is that, coconut fiber? Just get some peat pellets, the coco ones don't work as well, but I guess since you already have them then maybe they'll do if you get them fully moistened.

Don't screw around with a spray bottle, the whole thing needs to be saturated so water runs out the bottom. Use a turkey baster and use hydroponic nutrient solution, not just 20-20-20. Maybe you are using hydro nutrients, you didn't say. The LED is good enough but it's a little high on the wattage for seedlings, an 8 watt one will do or move that one up higher than 6 inches, more like 8-10.

Dig the seedling out, poke a deeper hole in it with something round, about an inch deep, then put the seedling in there so only about 1/4 inch is above it and push the medium in around it gently. You might be able to save it IF you don't f up. Don't break the tip of the root off either. Also don't use 24 hours of light, I use 21 myself, seems to work well. Some dark time is good, 24 hours is stressful. Also, put that plug in a small pot of medium instead of out by itself, that way it won't dry the f out again. And by medium I don't mean coco. Noobs should avoid coco because it's too tricky to use, you'll probably fail. Just use either potting soil or peat perlite mix if you have hydro nutrients, otherwise potting soil, and not straight out of a bag from the store because it will have a bunch of bug eggs and crap in it and you'll never get rid of them, unless it says on the bag that it's sterilized, most isn't. Stick it in a microwave until it steams and then let it cool off. Yes it will stink when it's cooking but who gives a crap, just cook that shit.

Looks fine, just do what @MickFoster said. Give it a few sprays and wait 10 mins, use 2 toothpicks and split the seed off, pick the membrane off if it’s still there, back in biz, hit it with light and put it in some real medium. That tap root is already as long or longer then what you see above.

What are you growing in, the ass end of a melted chocolate ice cream cone?

Get some dirt and a pack of solo cups. Quit fuckin around with weird shit. It's a plant not a science experiment.
I planted my first two seeds in dirt, and they both died, so I decided to try something else

If you tried the dirt and it didn't work try a cup of water. Literally a cup filled with water and put them in there. That's what I do and all mine pop

Remove the seed, likly you didn't plant it deep enough so the seed didn't have a chance to come off. No big deal. When you pick it off be gently, secure the stem and make sure you get the thin membrane that does not always come off. Her little leaves will pop open. I use coco plugs but only because I am growing in coco. If you are using soil make sure it is the right kind and not too hot. Seed has enough stored energy to take care of first 2 weeks approx so hot soil can also hurt you. You can also plant directly into soil as another poster suggested.

First off, looks like your medium is coco. And whoever told you to stop watering is crazy. Coco needs to be watered constantly. Your roots are drying out and dying is most likely causing your young seedlings to die.
The thing looks like a simple jiffy puck but looks like coco from the hairs mixed in.

As for the helmut/seed casing just mist so it softens up and you can gently help it off.
