This is my lady just over 7 weeks flowering. She's been on blackstrap molasses and water only for the past week. I'll be giving her just water for the last two weeks. I started to see some swollen calyxes near the bottom about 6 weeks in; I don't know if you can tell from the pic.

have you ever used Canna Flush

i met a friend who grows today and he said that it works well most of his plants looked bad when he harvested them and now he uses canna flush and he says that the plant look healthier and that it does not leave any chemically taste

i got a 60x to 100x microscope, things look amazing the tricks look nice that close up
none the i have seen are cloudy or amber all just clear

in the pictures below i am right that some have gone to seed

That would explain the swollen calyxes. Why aren't all your pictures that good? No more draggin ass on these pics.

I've never used any kind of flushing agent.

Maybe you could take the money you would spend on bottle of that stuff, and instead order a pack of quality seeds.

my next grow will will be in hydro or hempy buckets i want a couple of grows under my belt before i buy some good seeds, the grower whom i spoke of earlier has a few strains on the go including G13, cinderella and jack herer i can get clones £10 each

what strain is that lady of yours?
should i still be flushing my plants do you think?
and am i right that in the two pictures i have put up calyxes now contain seeds?

when i went to the hydro shop they are selling a wilma 4 pot system for £60
so that is a possibility

You're plants look a lot better than most of the first time grows I see. I think you have all the experience you'll need. Different plants are going to like different conditions so you need experience with a particular plant if you are to max your skills. Equipment is all you really need.

10 pounds is cheap for a quality clone; just remember you only have to buy it once.

It does look like those calyxes are cracking with seed. I guess you missed a couple of nanners, eh? If you plan on chopping those girls in the next few weeks, I suggest you keep flushing. There is no reason to stop now.

I recommend ebb & flow for all your hydro needs. Wilma 4 looks like any drip system; if it does use drippers, they will clog, and often too. It looks like a pain in the ass waiting to happen. Your also going to need extra equipment like a tds/ec meter, ph meter, Probably an air pump. If it gets to warm in your grow room, you're going to get mold/algae in there. You may need a water chiller (BIG $$$). I'm just warning you, hydro is expensive; don't think 60 pounds is going to fly.

i think i will be taking a few weeks off after this grow to convert the whole cupboard into a grow room i will be getting a tds meter anyway i don't want to grow in soil again not yet.
i will have 6 weeks to decide which system i want to use next but at the moment i like the idea of hempy .
i topped two of my plants a while back grow the clones in root riot and as of two weeks ago one is in 100% coco and one is in a hempy 100% perlite and both are doing very well. these i have been giving extra nutes to just to see how far i can push them, i have been using hydro nutes with these.

how much better does the smoke get from curing in a glass jar and how long till you notice a change in strength is it worth even curing it?

I start smoking her up as soon as she's dry enough. The only thing I've noticed about a cured bud is that it's easier on the throat. I haven't noticed any change in potency. Mason jars are the answer for long term storage; just make sure you don't over-dry the buds before you seal them. You need to dry them slowly in a cool and not to dry climate. If they start to smell like hay, they are getting too dry.

nice one i can smoke dry leaves if i run out i was going to weigh them then hang them in a room with about 25%humidity in darkness with a fan and re-weigh till i get a 65% reduction then move the no an all glass mason jar i have already i watered them today with canna flush i am going to use this twice then pure water ph'ed for 3 and then harvest that will be in 21 days ish if the tricks are right

They'll dry out fast in 25% humidity. I would recommend you not use a fan; if you do use one, make sure it doesn't blow on the nugs.

My best comes at 50% RH in 60*F w/ total darkness. The only air circulation comes via my carbon filter exhausting out of the room constantly. It takes 2 weeks for them to dry like this.

a lot of my lower fan leaves are yellowing and falling off i think that this is normal and due to a lack of Nitrogen

so today i was mucking about with my cam and microscope and found that with a very steady hand i could take picture using the microscope here are my results

so there you go it looks like some of the triks have started to cream

also today i when into my room to find a lot of the fan leaves are yellowing
i know this is normal but i don't like the look of the plant its what i have been trying to avoid all along

Man, that last pic has so much more space to fill in with bud. I know you want something to smoke, but your girls are seeding up; it's a wierd situation you've got. I know the smoke would be killer if you were to chop it right now, just isn't a lot there on that one plant.

well i am thinking 24 days till i cut them, i watered them yesterday with canna flush i water every 4th day the next 2 watering will be the same then pure ph'ed water for 3 waterings i hope they will be ok till then.

the last pic is not good as it does not show the amount of bud on it i will try to get better pics in a couple of days. the trik pics are great i was surprized it worked

Those upper leaves look pretty green. I don't know about the Canna flush thingy. I think they'll be okay.

ok i will keep my journal updated i will be cleaning the tent out so i should be able to get some better pics its hard to get a good angle with them being LST'ed
