I have 10 seeds right now... I put them in water sunday night, planted them monday night in tiny tiny tiny jiffy pots, Ive been spraying em with water since... Its saturday now. And still no sprouts... wtf did I do wrong? Im thinking it was spraying and the fact that the jiffy pots are so small... they are like 2 inches tall and 2-3 inches across...

I have lights over the seedlings... this might also be the problem huh?

when you took the seeds out of the water did they have roots comming out? and if your doing to use jiffy pots, just place the seeds in place a humidity domer over and water often and leave em in the dark. it should take around 10 days till you start to see the sprout

Is it cold??
I had an issue getting my seed to germinate untill they stayed around 75 degrees. after that they popped up within 4 hours of each other..
Just my .02 tho

since its getting colder it makes me wonder what temp the seeds are that your trying to sprout? warmer temps will help them sprout faster.
i just noticed my clones arnt rooting as fast as normal and then realized the water is cold as hell keep em at about 75-80 and it will help speed up

too much water? i know it sounds funny but maybe they drown.
next time, before you put the seeds in water overnight, put a small piece of sandpaper in a match box and shake the seeds around a little to scratch up the shell it helps the water get in better i had to do this to get some 10 year old seeds to sprout

Dont know if this helps but I recently germed some bag seeds. from the start of germing the first seed spouted in 5 days. 2 days germing 3 days to sprout out of dirt. This was the first seed to germ. The root was about 1 cm 1/4'' when i potted it. also i put the seed in point of root down and the top of the seed flush with soil level and bathed in 18/6 light. The rest of the seeds took more time. I have germed and potted 25 seeds and I am 10 days in. So far half have sprouted. Also I found the best way to germinate was to wet a paper towel, put in your seeds, fold up towel and place in a ziplock sandwhich bag, leave it dark but warm space. Check after 2 days and again at 3.
