I talk a lot with friends living in Northern California about the advantages of growing there VS here in San Diego County.
I have a nice, private, and sunny spot for a max of four plants.
I purchase primarally sativa clones from a trusted local dispensary.
I veg 3-4 clones indoors 3 times a year in time to flower outdoors and harvest in March, September, and November.
This is not a business for me and I harvest about a 5 and 8 ounces trimmed well dried.
Different srtains produce differently depending on genetics and the weather.
My best success was with some purple kush clones set out for this past Spring's harvest. The nugs were not huge, but considering the flavor as well as potency; WOW!
I do like the way these OG Kush girls are turning out. They are healthy, no signs of mildew, and each pland was easy to train to have multiple tops.
