My girls had major growth spirt last night need advice

I tied them back to open up to the middle colas then it dawned on me I may not have enough room and will end up sacrificing quality (as much quality as noob can get anyway) due to light being restricted to the ridiculous amount of colas was able to get them to produce.
So I guess what I need is to send this out and hope the pros here can help me figure out how to rem

or just U tube it..last one i made was with two bits of timber and some chicken wire.
