My girls had major growth spirt last night need advice

I have 8 girls going and they look great, but I think I'm going to have a problem with space. first of I'm a noob and this is my first go at this, and that being said I switch to 12/12 on the 22nd so though they have grown they haven't start to really stretch till last night. I tied them back to open up to the middle colas then it dawned on me I may not have enough room and will end up sacrificing quality (as much quality as noob can get anyway) due to light being restricted to the ridiculous amount of colas was able to get them to produce.
So I guess what I need is to send this out and hope the pros here can help me figure out how to rem

Can u add a scrog net asap and use that to help control/train? (cheap and easy to make)
