don't worry about not training or topping the plants. i'm on my second grow and haven't started messing around with that stuff yet. once i'm more experienced letting the plants grow au naturale i'll start experimenting more u know? plants look great.

if its your first go aroud and your just looking to get sum bud to smoke you can get a t5 and flower those. a little 400 switchable would be alot of fun as well

you can pick up a 400w hps pretty cheap one of the sites ive found the most decent deal is www.htgsupply.com their lights include the ballast....400w hps for like 138 that includes shipping

Yeah, I got a digital one for around that price at the store around here. I'm picking up a 1000 W ballast for $189 today that's interchangeable MH/HPS. It's magnetic so it hums but I won't hear it...
