My first grow

So I've decided that instead of cluttering up the forums with threads I'd create a grow journal that I can also ask for tips in. I finished my grow area today (it's in a hollowed out dresser) and I'm hoping to end up with 3 females.

At the moment I have a total of 10 lights. 7 of them are 26 watt CFLs, 2 are 15 watt CFLs and the last one is a 20 watt 24" fluorescent grow light. During the first part I'm only using the grow light, the 15 watt CFLs and one 26 watt CFL. I'm going to try to veg 9 plants and sex them early so I can pick out the nicest females (Hopefully three of them). I'm going to use all my lights during the rest of the process.

CFLs and the cups I'm starting out in (I'm getting my seeds Monday and I will germinate them the same day I get them):


I have a timer that will have the lights on an 18 on/6 off.

Grow light:


I lined the inside with white posterboard to help reflect the light.

Mind you I know it's probably ghetto looking as hell but it's the best I can do. Any and all constructive criticism welcome of course.

I see a drawer open for the air exhaust, where is the intake?
Looks like it`ll work though.I think your going to need pots bigger than 1 gal though for weed.

The intake I cut a hole in the back of it, you just can't see it because a fan is in the way. I've decided to start in those small containers and sex them early then move them to bigger pots (2-3 gallons)
