My First Grow - White Label White Widow

Just checked WW #2 and it is close to harvest if I harvest at the same time as the other, but I think I might go 100% milky for grins or go a little bit past to like 10-20% amber just to see how the high is. Plant has filled out beautifully.

WW#2 is a ways behind. Calyx's are just starting to die back. Trichs are like 80% clear. I'm guessing this one has about 2 and half weeks left.

Thai Haze x Skunk is chugging along. Really starting to frost up now. Lookin good. Some of the foliage is abit yellowed from the overdose of notes I gave her, but she's comin along.

Flushed the Thai Haze again today for good measure. Watered the WW's with half a gallon of water each, 15 ml's of AN Nirvana in the gallon of water.

I had already flushed WW #2 and today will be the last time it gets anything but pure water.

WW #3 will get another shot of mollasses, another shot of AN Nirvana - then pure water till harvest.

Thai Haze I dont anticipate harvesting until Jan 3-10.

lol yeah... I'm stoked. I will also have to reposition the thai haze x skunk once that ww is harvested because the thing is frosting like mad now. I thought it was thirsty the other day because some of it was kind of droopy. Checked the soil and it was fine, still moist. That's when I realized that the folliage is perky - its just the branches that are drooping from the weigth this thing is putting on! Should be a awesome harvest.

Harvested WW #2 tonight.

The main cola is freakin outrageous!!!! I'm guessing I have about 1.75 to MAYBE 2 ounces dry. We shall see!

Though I'm still eagerly anticipating hte harvest of this Thai Haze x Skunk. The things is going to produce a ton, and its REALLY frosting up lately.

is it too early to sample bud from the thai haze? or are you waiting for it to be a wonderful heady surprise?

Dude, its alreaduy dank as hell! lol I took a little out of the jar before work and put it on top of my router that gets a little warm. Just vaped a bag.... and yeah. I'm ripped!

what do you look for to decide if a plants ready to harvest?

There are different schools of thought on the subject. All are centered around the trichs. Anywhere from 50/50 cloudy/clear to 50/50 amber/cloudy. Play with it and see what you like. I harvested at 90% cloudy and 10% clear and am really pleased with the results. This time I'm waiting for 10% amber 90% cloudy to see how that is.
