My first grow journal

OCTOBER 1 UPDATE sup.A
The canopy has been de-forested a bit to get light to the bottom. I also staked some up and some others out so we can get more penetraion in the last week or two
I don't have big hands and that's not the biggest bud but I'm pleased....there are 5 on this one. best per plant and per cm2 grow ever for me so far. starting to lose the green on the ones coming out soon.
White widow, she's getting her purple on a little in the last 12 days and frosty as shit. another really good harvest for the strain and me personally. The whole grow is going better then expected and I might have underestimated the yeild slightly but there is alot of water in there that has to come out LOL. Stay tuned.

ACID HARVEST! My guess right now is 2.25 ounces on this one dry. I'll let you know how it goes when it's dry.

Most apropriate place to brag I guess- I had to say this out loud somewhere, I just harvested the first plant of this rotation and it's the largest yeild from a single plant of this strain/plant I have ever grown by 1/2 ounce at least. It's only 2.9 ounces and I know all about water farms and hempy buckets and shit but I like my way and with tweeks I'm still upping my game. This breakthrough for anyone listening was a combo of MH and HPS in flower with a light adjustment. I start them flowering under the MH real close for 11.5 hours on 12.5 off and the HPS inline as the next rotation comes I move them after a harvest and clean up and that's on 10 hours and off 14. I think it mimics the sun best in can in spec and intensity. I'll have pics up but I think I want to take a little time and see if I can't do something with em instead of just popping snapshots.

I see a lot of great growers use a MH & HPS HID mix in flower, but it never gets much attention. Have you done the math to figure out where you are gram per watt currently. Your garden looks awesome brother!

I haven't yet done the calculation. It'd be pretty much a guess anyway wouldn't it? Being as I'm doing a perpetual. I was going to use an equation on the total of the acid plants on this rotation. it'll be a total of 4 plants with a ending square foot of around 4.5 feet by about 4 feet. one is cut dried and weighed at basically 3 oz (2 oz and 7/8ths) I stink at story problems. is there any way you can boil down the calculation for me to make it aplicable to a 3 week perpetual grow?

The flower room, that's all Ice plants in there. we are within a month of finishing these lovely girls up and the smell is coming on.

Dry tent is filling up. The widow is the purple tinted buds. gonna take a week to dry, then a paper sack (if still moist after final manicure) then jars.

Perpetual grow/flower would be too tough to equate reliably. You are probably good with the per plant weight verses over all input costs.

UPDATE:

Starters: Last acid plant. Taking her to 10 weeks for my 3rd sample-one for each week of harvest 8, 9 and 10 weeks. Hope the labs give discounts because $40 a piece for those 3 and 2 from the ice harvest at 9 and 10 weeks for comparison. That's 200 damn it! LOL

Here they are, harvest begins on the week 8 samples november 8th or there abouts I'm going to figure it up in a minute here. They are now 3x3 under the HPS crowded in. I have seen some of the bananas that it's genetically prone to throw out at 4 or 5 weeks. I haven't got any dutch masters yet but it's on the list for next run. This flavor is worth the headache I'm dying to know the THC profile too and see if it's just me or if this is a special plant.

2 samples are in for Acid, week 8 and week 9 harvest samples. Waiting for the results to post.....waiting.....

OK prelim: the disp just called me but I got the boys so I can't go get my paper results yet. I tested at 18% THC and an off the charts 10% on CBD. Both surpass the breeder claims (which I thought were inflated to sell seeds) so....is that good? LOL. I know aobut THC but CBD is something I know little about...so far. I will scan the paper records when I get them an post those so you can see what Ironlabs is putting out.

OK, so I can see my results on my phone but not on the PC. You have to go to ironlabsllc.com and look under mother natures member tab and I'm Acid 8 and Acid 9 for week 8 and 9 and its a weird ass profile. 10%THC-9 and 10%CBD total 20.something % Dude, WTF? I thought it was either high CBD or high THC not a 50/50 split. It's some powerful shit too so I thought THC would be hig but isn't. Anyway, hope it shows up on the web soon I hate pouring ove my phone.
